I called to fix my washing machine.. sent pictures and video of the problem, they replied with repair cost, very quickly... They advised to buy new one since repair is almost 200aed short of a cheap not big brand new washing machine I told them about.. Very honest and fast response, hope that help you with choosing the right repair company.
IT'S A SCAM!!! I'd like to summarize my disappointing experience with SHAMS in my washing machine (Alarm 3C) were they didn't succeed to solve the issue and losing time & efforts, as following: 1. Lack of Competency: The service company demonstrated low competency skills by Mohammed , who did several visits each one with different diagnosis one time its main motor, then its Drum then its board,..etc Even is some visits he never gave himself enough time to check the fault which cause wrong diagnosis. 2. Overpriced Service: Despite the low quality of service, the company charged exorbitant prices, indicating a lack of fairness and transparency. after first visit asking for 350AED considering that the main motor is damage then we discover that its another part!! (which is almost 50% of new machine, at the end the issue is not solved) 3. Unprofessional Collaboration: Throughout the collaboration, the company exhibited unprofessional behavior, failing to communicate effectively and address concerns promptly, even when I communicate with the manager Mr. Asif he ignored the messages!! (not sure if customer satisfaction is on their priority) At the end I called another company who were able to find the root cause in less than 10 minutes from first visit with much more affordable price. Overall, the service provided by this company was deeply disappointing, characterized by incompetence, high prices, and unprofessionalism. Potential customers should exercise caution before engaging with this company.
