Arrogant staff, medium knowledge sadly they got Specialized as a brand so we are all forced to go there if you don’t have Specialized do avoid them, lots of better bike shops for service and retail in Dubai.
I came the other day to get 20inch kids bike assembled. They said the cost is 320 aed. I asked 3 times if they re sure about the price.
Then i just googled bike servicing. Found ghazalle bike shop - they came and took the bike - charged 120 aed and the next day bring it back.
Having an olive tree in your shop shall not let you charge 300% more... hope they start charging reasonable/fair amounts...

Me and my wife came from Abu Dhabi to visit the Cycle Hub - Jumeirah branch! I'm telling you guys, it's more than just a store!! The total is experience is one of the best! Ambiance is great, selection is massive, staff are experts and most importantly everyone is willing to help. On top of that, there is a bistro inside the store that sells healthy and delicious food! Shoutout to Ms. Jona who responded to my inquiries prior visit. She assisted us all through out my stay and help me choose new favorite bike. A very kind and courteous person. Also to sir Manager, thank you for giving advice, tips, and hands on care to my newly purchased bike + upgrades. I appreciate that you took care of my bike care even if I don't have appointment or prior notice. Thank you and wishing you all more success! Will definitely visit again! Cheers
Outstanding service by Syrus. Knowledgeable, professional and really helpful. Had a problem with my bike and he took me through everything and invited the kid and riding with them!! Highly recommend, will be buying all my stuff through him!!
The brands that sale is good and qualitie. But the service, and the police of the shop is very poor.!!! If U buy a chip and wan’t them fix in the bike them say don’t know fix the chip on the bike.. is only for sales the shop. Recommend TREK better service and helpull with the customers

We bought a bike here, and it's amazing—we absolutely love it! The store provided a full bike fit and setup for us, which was perfect. The staff are very attentive and responsive, always ready to help. Highly recommend this place!
