Gave a few watches to repair, change the battery and the strap. Yusuf did a great job and gave recommendations where needed. Definitely recommend for getting your watches repaired.
Horrified that this branch is open and allowed to advertise the lifetime warranty on mobile phone glass protectors. We got one two days ago when they said we can come back anytime if it breaks they will replace it for 15 dirhams. The protector sadly broke yesterday and when we took it back today to replace it, they made us pay for a new one because it was only valid for iphones. Not only does it not say that anywhere on the ad, they clearly added the protector onto our android phone the day before and they didn't say anything. I thought Dubai was a place where people don't get ripped off. Minutes in Mercato Mall proved us wrong.

I bought an iPhone cover for over $50, but within a month it was already damaged. In my opinion, the material doesn’t seem durable. When I went back to the store to explain what happened, I was told there was nothing they could do. I personally feel that the quality doesn’t match the price — I’ve had cheaper covers last longer

They fixed the mobile so we can use it again and this without payment. They only charge for the items they use. Mr. Faisal was very accommodating, explaining everything that was possible and that wasn’t possible. I really appreciate his honesty. Will definitely come back with any repairs that need fixing.
This is one of the most pathetic services I have ever experienced. $157 dirhams to scan 29 pages and only 3 were uploaded. Absolutely no care whatsoever for customer service and poor communication skills.
