By far the worst experience I have ever entitled with the electrician in Dubai, Around three weeks ago, I called these people because my light was not working, they come they fix the lights he took from me money and he told me everything would be OK. Now three weeks later my Wearhouse nearly went up in flames because they did not do the wiring correctly and when I called them because I have an emergency, it’s a garage and it’s always has to be working and the electric is everywhere smelling with fire every time I turn the lights on But I was met with no it’s not us. It’s not the fault blah blah blah. We want money in order for us to come. We will come at 5 o’clock, even though I told him. It’s an emergency but yet they don’t care all they care about is money and not do their job properly. I don’t recommend it for anybody else.👎🏻

I booked a technician for the 6th of November at 12pm. I don’t think they were interested from the start as initially I was a small job. They were stand off-ish and after agreeing to come by at 12pm on 6 November, that then changed to 1.30pm, then 2pm and finally at 2.20pm when I messaged I didn’t even get a courtesy of a reply back. The technician just ignored me. I had a person moving in for a month on the 6th had to inconvenience them with a new provider the next day. Very bad service!

It’s a shame because I have 4 apartments in downtown and need a new provider and they have lost out on a high paid partnership. The job in the end was bigger and they lost out on that too.

Will not recommend to other airbnb companies I work with.

I called them to install some lights in my apartment.The team was very punctual and professional.highly recommended.

I used the guys for drilling a concrete wall and mounting 2 plugs in the wall in the kitchen and one in the maid's room. I also asked them to install some lights that turned out to be trickier than expected. They did a fantastic job and even unmounted the lights to adjust them as my wife wanted. Highly recommended, great quality and competitive pricing.

I used this company 2 weeks ago to fix the wiring on my jacuzzi…they re wired it directly into the house and it seemed to fix the problem but then it rained a few days later and it stopped working maybe because they used cheep indoor products for an outdoor job….When I asked for them to come and check it they said it’s not their fault it rained and the call out fee is now more than double the first time the call out fee was. They didn’t reply and the hung up on me on the phone. They also left a big mess they didn’t clean up after the of the job leaving exposed wires, screws and plastic all over the grass and floor extremely dangerous for my young children. Would not recommend this company very unprofessional!

They lack customer service and they are very expensive. The guy wants to charge 350 Dhs for the work without even knowing what’s the problem!! And if they don’t fix it you still have to pay the 150 !

They try to ask 1400 AED for an emergency call. If you charge 10x for emergency call, then you should remove your 24/7 service. What a shame
