I made a request for car rental, it was to be delivered to me at 3pm, I had no further news from them, I had to wait at my hotel like a fool! I don't find it serious! very bad experience unfortunately!

Not professional! I’m renting the car almost half year for past time I have repeated problem with Yaris (battery and some issues with connections) , first time they answered me “it’s gonna be okay” , second time came to replace., after it’s happened again they telling me “you most probably forgot to switch off the light” Are you serious? If it’s repeated already continuously take it to the proper maintenance!!!.. the answers just make client so upset…no sorry, no what happened?., no one polite word even…You guys need to study customer service!!!!! Also Invoices for payment not in time, informing that they decided to put price up 2 days before the next payment (when should be one month notice) Cars old and dirty! Customer Service is terrible !!!!! I’m not recommend to anyone!!!!! The most upset is how they talk to the client!!! You know guys that people working also and if car is broken it’s mean your client stuck in trouble, so just be nice at least!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!by the way cars old and dirty!!!! So if you want also to put price up change the cars.
Only name is fast track. I am here late night for puncture tyre but 40 minutes still waiting for man . After 30 minutes a guy came and said if u are in hurry ,u can go.name should be expensive Slow track . Normal puncture tyre 15 drm but here u have to pay them 40 drms. Also plz be ready to put back spare tyre back in car urself . One more thing guy was Filipino. I was surprised ,never had bad experience with pilipino before . grape
