Bought headset and has two years warranty and I’ve been told if there would be any damage they will exchange it I had it for a month and a half and there was an issue I asked them to exchange or fix but they have been stalling and never mentioned that I need to pay 275 to exchange for a new one so that’s a rip off and till today I never got back the headset

I was here just to ask a question about the IOS first she told my cousin to look at it himself and told me with an attitude “im busy stop talking” and only respects older customers even though i was planning to get apple car dont go here. Though ronald was kind.
My husband bought an Ipad for my son for school at the beginning of 2021. We ended up not needing it. Then we recently decided to try and use it again but have forgotten the apple ID. We took it to the shop in Mercato Dubai. The first guy that assisted us had a trainee badge on and was super friendly and helpful, discussing what could possibly be done. The battery was flat so he put it on charge and said to come back in half an hour. When we went back a Philippino gent came to us and said the tablet is useless as we have forgotten the apple ID and the tablet states "ipad is disabled". We don't own any other apple devices and totally totally forgot the password. This is not our area of expertise, hence the fact we brought it to the shop. When I said at this point that is why I dislike apple he seemed to get annoyed with us stood about 5 meters away from us leaning back with his elbows on the desk and looking really disinterested in anything we said after this point. (really just wanted us to get out of the shop at this point), which we then did. It is dissaponting that there is no way to retrieve your ID through your mobile number or email. So, do we now just write this off as a bad apple experience and throw the thing in the bin? I don't even know what version it is 😞 It states A2270 on the back. Experience started off well but ended up terrible all together with the rude staff member.
Very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from many staff , I walked in this store 4 times exactly , no one is willing to give attention to you focusing on specific people , their answers Jst to push you out and not willing to answer your inquiries , especially the girl who I ask her name but don’t want to mention here and another Asian guy who push me to write this comment when me and another customer left the store angry cuz of his low skills of managing selling more than a customer and insisting to ignore them instead of apologizing to them for keep them waiting very angry while assisting aggressively answering us can’t handle such job , terrible service.
