My brand new Tesla 3 2024 has only 4000km and went complete sick!! It cannot locate its location or identify day or night..no cameras..no cruise control no..no..Answer from tesla??
NO SPARE Parts, 30 days and they have no clue when the parts will arrive..zero support
They are not transparent. I got a call On Wednesday morning, they said that my car was at the port and they were waiting for my insurance, so they could deliver the car by Monday. I sent it on the same day by 2 pm. They confirmed several times it would be delivered by Monday. The same was showing on the app too. But instead of delivering my car on Monday, at the end of the day around 8 pm, after keeping us waiting all day, they said that my car just arrived at the port, they just started the inspection and it will be delivered by Thursday. They are not transparent. They are not telling the truth. My kids didn’t go to school they wanted to receive the car/ I had rescheduled all my meetings to be available to receive it. They were supposed to inform me at least one day before if there was a change in the plan. They have no respect for your time. I certainly do not expect such an experience from Tesla. They need to hire a professional team in Dubai or maybe this is how they function worldwide. There is one thing for sure, if a company doesn’t respect your time, it’s not worth dealing with. No matter how good their product is. End of the day it’s the service that matters.
Very bad experience I received my NEW car full of scratches and the wheel was damaged .when i called to complain ,, she was not in mood and closed the line while i was talking!!!!. Furthermore , You have to learn how to use it by yourself no one from Tesla will care and explain to you how to use this technology ,, you have to explore and navigate by yourself,, 🫣,,actually I learned many things from youtubers,, after sale service extremely extremely bad
Worst Customer Service Experience
I’ve been dealing with an issue regarding my Tesla wall connector for three days now, and the customer service has been nothing short of terrible. No one answers calls, and when they do, they just pass the responsibility around, blaming a “shortage of staff.” As a customer, I shouldn’t have to deal with these internal issues—this is not my responsibility.
Even after repeatedly contacting Tesla through my account, the support team has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I’ve made it clear several times that I would leave a bad review if the problem wasn’t addressed, yet there’s been no effort to resolve my issue.
This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such poor after-sales support. Every time I need assistance, I have to go through the frustration of calling, shouting, and pushing for a solution. It’s exhausting and unacceptable.
Tesla’s after-sales customer service is BAD, and I strongly discourage anyone from buying a Tesla if they value good support. It’s simply not worth the frustration.
