Absolutely ridiculous service. Got a Miele fridge that came with the apartment I bought and it broke down. The Miele guys visited 2 weeks ago saying they will register us for a stand by and let us know tomorrow. Ofcourse no one called us and we had to call almost every day to get a sorry it’s not available yet. Then last weekend a guy shows up and said apparently we weren’t even registered for a standby. Since that moment no one has gotten into contact with us and our fridge is still broken. It’s been two weeks and nothing has been resolved. This company is costing me so much money on take out. I highly do not recommend being a customer.
All my appliances are MIELE. Though, the representation in UAE is horrible for customers. If you need spare parts, even a simple seal you have to wait 4-6 weeks. Who ever is running MIELE UAE is trashing their reputation. The GM is seeking to save money by keeping close to zero spare parts stock!!. And the little spare parts they have is located in Jebel Ali because they don’t want to pay 5% import tax to bring the stock in country 🙃. MIELE spend 150years building their reputation and these guys are washing that reputation through the toilet. MIELE family, please bring in German managent to UAE!
Commenting on owner comment. No that is not the full story. Item was NOT in stock. After long discussion you manage to find item that was ordered by another customer but did not collect. You did not answer my observation that you have hardly anything in stock ?. I have been many times to your parts counter and NEVER heard: “part is in stock and in country”? And all parts I am looking for a most common wear items on washing machined, dish washer and vacuum cleaners…Curious to read your comment on this…
Excellent service and Ambiance. Miele Experience Center among other things organizes amazing cooking classes showcasing contemporary cooking techniques and approaches using their appliances. Special recognition must be given to the amazing chef Francesca Busso!
Horrible experience ordering the vacuum from Miele. The device was barely working and upon calling the technician, they collected the device for testing. 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. No device and no refund of over 3,000 AED. I am emailing, calling but no response. So disappointed, will have to take legal action to actually get my money back. Please save yourself the trouble and don't deal with them. So many better companies around.

When I sent it in for repairs (under warranty), the nightmare began. They couldn’t even check in their own system that I had purchased the unit from them—they asked me to provide the invoice for their own product. After that, it’s been over a month of delays and broken promises. First, they said parts would arrive in 3-4 weeks from Germany, then kept pushing back timelines with vague responses and little accountability. I had to constantly chase them for updates.
For a brand that positions itself as high-end, both the product quality and customer service are a complete joke. Save your money, avoid Miele UAE. Overpriced, underperforming products backed by shockingly bad service.
I wanted to equip my whole kitchen with them but thank god I did not and now will be exploring other brands. This experience will save me a lot of money.

Mr.Silambarasan from Team Miele is been exceptional and super knowledgeable in his job at hand and Carlos is charming and polite and professional indeed. They are a good bunch of technicians. He went above and beyond to assist us with Miele kitchen Appliances that are 15 years old and made them feel like they are brand new. Please sell more dustbags for Miele in Electronics stores as well. This will improve customer happiness. Now: Impossible to find them in a store. Even in a store where they sell Miele, they don’t have dustbags available for another month?!
The Miele Experience Center offers such an amazing cooking experience! I had the pleasure of attending a session with Chef Francesca, and it was truly outstanding. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience fun and informative. It was a great way to see the appliances in action and pick up some delicious tips and tricks along the way. The space is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the overall experience was top-notch. Highly recommend attending a cooking class if you get the chance!
