I would like to appreciate Abeer alot, she is an amazing person to deal with, she went another atep in getting my brand new Sierra before expected time with all the things already done like, ceramic, tints etc. i was expecting to get the car after national day holidays or atleast saturday right before holiday, and she delivered me on friday unexpectedly, every thing was super smooth and pretty fast from just seeing the demo car, booking a new one and getting it with all the things included. Never buy anything from Al Ghandi Auto, they are the most laziest people! They say that they will only look into the car if I report any problems! Like no responsibility after service and no care. I have failed engine and gear and exhaust and they still don’t do a 360 check
Out of 12 months my car is sitting here for 6 months and they make you beg for replacement car and checking the car. I mean during service you need to do a 360 check of the car.
Poor service never buying a Cadillac Again
Sayed made my first experience very comfortable and great that's why I chose to go ahead and purchase my Chevrolet groove premier, very professional and amaizing sales person. Every company needs a person like him.
The customer service representative I spoke with lacked proper phone etiquette. She needs training.
Additional to my Complain: I want to bring to your attention an ongoing issue concerning the tax invoice I requested. I have followed up multiple times via email, but I have yet to receive the requested invoice or any response regarding my inquiries and request.
They force their customers to do this review to take their cars from the service early otherwise it will be the next day , they destroyed my car because they don’t want to work

That time to till date car stay in workshop more than 4 month's in two times.
Now 3rd engine failed n repair car in service station last 50 days. Now they need more 1-2 weeks
