Highly incompetent team. Went there for a small coolant leak issue and after inspection they replaced both radiators. Car was returned to me and after a day it started to leak coolant from another place, so their service guy asked me to refill water and drive the car back to them. Upon inspection they found the hose pipe was leaking. It seemed like while replacing the radiators, the hose pipe was not secured properly and was damaged due to the rotating fan. So got that replaced and took the car for a test drive. 10 minutes in to the drive a new issue comes up and the car starts to overheat, so they thought it’s the thermostat valve and of course that was also replaced but without any relief to the overheating issue. Finally they decide now the engine head gasket is leaking and they will charge me 3k labour + 2k minimum for parts and machine shop work. When I objected to the price and told them that I have already spent 2k+ and this issue was caused by your gross negligence and you should take responsibility to fix, they turned the table on me and told me it’s all my fault. When I told them I will take up this issue legally, then they tried to intimidate me by saying that I am threatening them.

Devastated with what they have done to my car, I got it towed to another garage in Dubai, where they asked for only 1.2k to fix the issue. Lesson learned!! Unless you want a minor issue to be turned into a major one, best to stay away at all cost from such places.

The car is fine and the problem is solved, but my car was driven for more than 100 KM in one night and there were empty 5 gallon water bottles in the back, it seems they were using the car without my permission. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

The garage Manager Imran was not honest with me. I took my old car for minor repair. They have charged me for jobs which they didn’t not repair They have used commercial parts not original parts. They are not honest and I would suggest not to deal with them.

Very bad experience !!!
They promised to fix my car on a precise date time but but they kept deleyaling the date and making all kinds of lame excuses.
Even thought the damages in my car were minor, they made me wait almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my car yet. It seems like they don’t know what they are doing or simply don’t care about the customer’s waste of time and money
I have been spending a fortune on taxis and I feel very frustrated. I will never ever use their inefficient,time -wasting, disappointing services ever again
