Completely dishonest and will scam and waste your time. Brought the car here only because the insurance company insisted. Now 2 years later still facing the same issues and thinking about paying out of pocket to fix something they should’ve under insurance coverage. The technicians are not honest and it is very unfortunate.

I do not recommend this garage at all. I only came here because it is the garage of my insurer. Had to drop the car for an almost 7 days for a minor scratch and body work.

The car came back with the paintwork done okay, but the body panels are still misaligned.

There is also glue and tape residue on the car that I now have to remove myself.

I recently had a small dent on the left rear door of my BMW and took it to Gargash Auto Body Shop. I wasn’t sure how the final result would turn out, but I’m extremely pleased with the outcome—it was flawless! Special thanks to the service adviser, Ali Reza, who handled my case with great professionalism. He kept me informed throughout the entire process with timely updates, which I truly appreciated. The technician who worked on my car (unfortunately I don’t know his name) but you can see him in the picture , also did an outstanding job—the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Gargash for their excellent service and attention to detail!

Mr Basheer, a super good adviser, an amazing person and experience with him. He perfectly handled the whole huge accident damage. I am happy to take his advisor service and also recommend him. Mr Basheer is an amazing respectful person while talking and providing the services before timeline.

My experience with Gargash Garage in Alquoz was deeply disappointing and dishonest. I dropped off my VW Touareg for bumper repair on December 14, 2024, and returned on January 5, 2025 (as the garage knew I was on vacation). Upon collection, the car showed a "differential fault," which they later claimed was due to a "dead battery." Despite the battery being a reputable brand and only 1 year old, service advisor Bashaar insisted it needed replacement, sending a battery report to "prove" it. Suspicious, I demanded my car back *as-is* with the original battery.

To my shock, the car started perfectly when I collected it. Bashaar claimed they “temporarily charged” the battery and it would fail soon. Yet, over 1.5 months later, the same battery works flawlessly! This proves the garage either lied about the battery’s condition or incompetently misdiagnosed the issue. Either way, it reeks of a scam to upsell unnecessary parts.

Avoid this garage if you value transparency. This lack of transparency has cost you a customer for life!

Reliable repairs and efficient, attentive service. My insurance company referred me to the workshop to repair body damage following a fender bender. The whole process was neatly handled with a seamless handover from the insurance to Gargash garage. I think a great deal owing to @Bashaar from Gargash who gave me daily updates throughout the 7 days my car was at the workshop. When I went to collect the car he walked me through all the repairs made and even explained why the freshly painted coat looked different and how long it would take for paint on both surfaces to appear as one! I am pleased with the service and attention received. Thank you Bashaar

This place is absolutely a JOKE！Even 1 star is too generous for the service they provide. My car has been at Gargash Al Quoz since 1st February, and today is 17th July, yet it is still not repaired.

My car was flooded and sent to Gargash Al Quoz on 1st February this year. Initially, Mr. Ali informed me that it would take 25-30 days to fix. However, after 30 days, I found out they hadn't even started the repairs! I was then informed that I needed to pay a fee before they could begin working. It took them 30 days just to examine the problem, and no one informed me of this until I asked. Unfortunately, this wasn't even the worst part.

After I paid the fee, which was around 35 days later (now two months in), they started a test drive. Another problem occurred, and I was told it would take an additional 20-25 days to fix it. I waited the 25 days, only for another issue to arise during the second test drive, which they said would require another 20-25 days to fix…then it becomes a never ending loop…and all this time i bared all the cost of the car rental by myself…

I am also unsure about the integrity of their business practices. Are they using these delays as excuses to replace all the good parts in my car? My car was practically new; the accident happened right after the second time I drove it.

The lack of communication, endless delays, and the overall sketchy behavior are unacceptable. I strongly advise against using them！

Very bad experience here- and i have since heard other stories from auto repair shops that have had to fix issues caused by this shop. I had a minor fender bender but radiator needed to be changed and paint done. The initial paint job was a joke- and the supervisor claimed (your paint has faded, the new paint is original color and will eventually fade too). I went to a much more professional shop for second opinion and finally Gargash agreed to repaint. After 3 weeks of being out of the shop- this is an Infiniti QX 60 with only 170K - my wife had the car break down on SZ Road- no warning at all- the engine had overheated to the point of not working. Some small leak in a hose that they claim is not part of the accident- and no warning lights coming on tells me they did not reconnect system properly. Will NEVER take a car back here. Very shoddy work.. although i will say Rahul -one of the service guys there- is a very nice guy who is helpful..
