Although the quality of the screen was good and price was competitive, they damaged the fitting holding the glass in place. And left rubber glue like substance on the bonnet and replaced the wipers incorrectly ( left to right which I had to pay to have corrected) and there were plugs missing which hold the cover above the engine in place. (Which had to be removed to gain access to remove the old windscreen and replace the new)

Great work experienced of repairing in this shop. Very clean shop, you'll have peaceful in mind while waiting or even leaving your car while their staff doing the task for your car. Had a brilliant experience replacing the windshield in my car. The team arrived on time, replaced the windshield, reattached my salik and made sure I understood to leave the windows open to allow the silicone to dry. Today I visited autoglass to re-tint 4 of my car windows and was throughly impressed with the service I received. Firstly, the booking process was easy, I sent a whattsapp message to autoglass who responded immediately giving me availability to get the work done on the same day of contact. The staff members that did the work were very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and hard working. I was really impressed with the job they did, it only took 45 mins to complete, and the price was very affordable. There is a customer toilet and a comfy waiting area. I strongly recommend using this company for anything window related in dubai.

Very fast service at my doorstep. Great job. The glass was not the same as the original (this one had a dark "eyebrow" on the top) but it's actually handy and better than the previous cracked windscreen. Price was fair, communication was great. Thank you
