Disappointing Service and Misleading Warranty Policy I recently purchased a product from and opted for their extended warranty, assuming it would provide peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the service I received was subpar. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. When I raised issues with the product, I was met with excuses rather than solutions. Secondly, the warranty policy was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. I was led to believe that the warranty would cover all repair costs, but when I tried to claim it, I was informed that I would have to pay additional charges. This was never mentioned upfront, and I feel misled by the lack of transparency.
I had a disappointing experience at SharafDG with the screen protector seller. He struggled with English, making communication difficult. Before purchasing, I was assured that there was a warranty if my screen broke after a fall. However, after I paid, I was told the warranty only covers replacing the screen protector, not my phone screen. I informed the manager, expecting a solution, but he was unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issue, he just repeated the same response. Customer service was no better they didn’t offer any real assistance. This was a frustrating and misleading experience. SharafDG needs to improve staff communication and customer service to avoid misleading customers.
Very Bad after sales service. I had bought a JBL partybox from here.. During the sales the sales person seems to be very polite. After the sales when I called him for a small query. He was just not willing to speak even. Pathetic attitude. Dear management. Pls look into this person his name is Mr Suzan. I did not buy this product not because of him .. because of the brand !!.
Very bad experience at Sharaf DG at City Center Sharjah. I haven't seen this much worst customer service any where else. *Making customers to roam around and go behind staffs to buy a product and get screenguard done even after payment done. *After placing somebody else empty cover and sending home. On the way home staff called and treatened and told, they will inform police. * I dont recommend this store to anybody who visit UAE. * This store will degrade reputation of #CITY CENTRE SHARJAH too. Being a tourist from NZ, this was an unacceptable experience. Bought screenguard from them, that also of cheap quality. ( they only fixed it)
We have always trusted SharafDG for our devices, but this has been our worst experience ever. A "SUPERVISOR" named "BOLA", LACKED PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. We pre-ordered an iPad on March 10, emphasizing urgency. We collected the item, he gave us the wrong Magic Keyboard (Pro instead of Air) and insisted it was compatible despite our attempts to explain. After wasting time, we received a refund but NO APOLOGY—COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is the only BRANCH that has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
