Bad customer service
After buying they said they don't have it in stock

Before 4 years , I boat an oven from emax , just one year left and the oven started to have problem with fire , before the warranty ends , I have talked to them to repair since I have warranty for three years , emax team come to check and repair but the result is same , and they said no problem with it .. I chose this oven based on their recommendation and ask them to repair … it was the worst service and worst experience from emax and I do not expect to visit again
I recently purchased a fridge ,washing machine and a cooker and I had a great experience thanks to the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, especially Suhayb and Sheva they were very helpful, and knowledgeable—they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m extremely frustrated with Emax’s customer service. I’ve called multiple times over the past few days, and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve been on hold for what feels like forever, only to be disconnected every time. It’s incredibly annoying and disappointing, especially when you’re trying to resolve an issue or ask about a product.
In today's world, reliable customer service is a must, and this is simply unacceptable. I understand that stores can get busy, but consistently ignoring customers’ calls is a sign of poor service. I’m seriously reconsidering whether I want to continue shopping here if this is how they treat their customers.
I hope Emax takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their phone support. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

On November 21st I bought a Panasonic refrigerator. Since it was brought home it has not worked at any time. I asked for it to be replaced and they sent me a technician who didn't even bother to check it, he just moved it away from the wall a few centimeters.
Several calls to customer service without paying attention to our requests. We went to the store several times and they didn't pay attention either.
We asked for a refund and they didn't pay attention.
I have had to throw away food several times and nobody gives me a solution. Customer service from this store is zero.
To pay for the dryer and oven - 7000 dirhams - I had to wait more than 20 minutes. Although I warned that I was in a hurry and wanted to quickly pay and arrange delivery. After 20 minutes of waiting, I was informed that the discount promised by the seller would not be available (more precisely, I would have to pay with two different cards to receive the discount). Why create such difficulties for clients? As a result, I refused to buy equipment from them. It's a shame to waste time waiting.
