At the time of buying items they promised warranty for 1 year. And when we visit them after 3 months they say it’s not applicable. Big time lyes. Don’t trust Abdul Rashid. He will promise anything to sell items

Don't get your phone display repaired at this place. They charge heavily for repairs and replace it with a cheap quality one.
They worker told me they would be putting an original display. Went two days later and received the phone only to find a very defective display. When I confronted the worker he changed his statement saying it was high quality not original but the display is far from high quality. On-screen Fingerprint sensor does not work, brightness is very unstable going from too bright to too dim, touch malfunctions. All with a heavy price tag for repair. Never getting anything repaired here. And I recommend not to get anything repaired here.

I kept my watch with them as it was not keeping time. I had to follow up with them a couple of times to get the update. After I almost 2 weeks, they gave me the watch back with a big scratch on the back cover which I believe they did while trying to open it. Furthermore, they did not solve the issue and told me that the watch is fine and is keeping time!!!
Bad experience with them and will never let them touch any of my watches again.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received at MINUTES store in Sharjah city Centre. We went in to get a screen protector installed on our phone, but the staff failed to apply it properly. The protector is bubbled and doesn't even cover the entire screen! and after applying it the screen was looking like full of scratches.

To make matters worse, when we tried to politely point out the issue to the staff, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They basically told us it was phone screens problem and the screen protector comes (costs 70AED) with that much quality only!!!

The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone specially the branch in Sharjah City Centre. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care about doing a good job.

Following the poor experience at Minutes Shop, we visited EMAX in the same location and were impressed when they efficiently and correctly applied the same type of screen protector within just 5 minutes. We even showed the properly installed protector to the staff at Minutes Shop, hoping to demonstrate that it's possible to do the job correctly, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to care....

Mr.Mujeeb also very hands on with the technicality of the watch functions and found a way to install avery complicated watch strap.
