EROS - Sharjah City Centre

Faulty products and hassle.
Absolutely disappointing, there products don’t work and customer service is awful.
Was in the store 3 days ago, sales girl Carla unapologetically made me wait for 1 hour, i stayed patient and came back understanding they are understaffed.On return purchased a laptop, sales person Carla promised me my laptop will be set up as it was a display laptop, collected it after 3 days and it was not set up. I had to go back and the same sale lady was rude, shouted at me and argued she is right in what she did. The lady had no respect or value for another persons time.

But on contrast I dealt with another sales person Santhosh who was helpful informative and delivered on time and with precision. I appreciate hard working staff and was impressed.

But Please check your products, it’s usually faulty and some of the customer services people have no clue of the products.

I had very bad experience Eros digital Mr.Ali customer exicutive .this is my second time . I will never prefer any one this store . I think they don’t how deal the customers, I think they are not good brand I spend more than 15000/- AED .

Me and my husband purchased Apple homepod from this store. Unfortunately the unit has some issue and need to seek after sale assistance with them. After keeping the unit in their custody for almost 3 weeks it ended up that nothing they can do. They suggested a replacement but we need to pay almost the price of a brand new one. Disappointing experience!

The guy Mr Sanoj has explained me the whole details very well. I purchased s24 ultra from there by his detailed explanation. I strongly recommend this guy.

We came to City center Sharjah to buy a new Samsung phone for my brother and we have explored many places and finally taken Samsung S24 Ultra from EROS because of the fantastic service from Sarraj & farhan from the sales team. They have suggested the best device and given us any gifts and additional warranty. We had an awesome experience in EROS. Highly recommended..

Worst ever delivery system, its been 3 days and delivery didnt happened. Still not sure if it will happen tomorrow or not. Next time its least likely that i wiill purchase any thing from this reatiler.

Zaher agent has very bad attitude with me as customer
I wish Eros management will take serious action with him because he looks not happy to work and giving negative image about the store and this will led to brand name collapse

Anyway from my point they lose me as customer and i have around many family members and friends in UAE i will not recommend to anyone to deal with Eros anymore.

Really disappointed
