Even before you walk in , you get attacked by a hoard of salespeople making it extremely annoying and unpleasant experience. As a result, there is no one at the actual designated place where you need assistance because everyone is at the shop entrance and you have to roam around keep asking and begging them to assist you with something. If everyone did their actual job by being available at the actual section or aisle it'd be a greatly pleasant experience.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store today, March 17, 2025. My brother and I visited your location with the intention of purchasing two Samsung phones. Unfortunately, the staff treated us poorly and seemed uninterested in assisting us. Their dismissive behavior made us feel unwelcome. It was as if they assumed we were not serious buyers simply because we were dressed casually. Despite our clear intention to make a purchase, the staff seemed reluctant to engage with us. When we inquired about the S24 Ultra, we were told that the Samsung salesperson was unavailable. They also implied that selling us a Samsung phone would not benefit them directly, as the commission would go to the Samsung salesperson. Ultimately, I had to insist that they show me the S24. Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and will undoubtedly lead to lost business. If you continue to employ staff who are unwilling to serve customers based on superficial judgments, you will inevitably lose potential sales. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address the issues with your team.
I recently purchased a power bank, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fitz Gerald. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the product, patiently answered all my questions, and even followed after my purchased and provided helpful assistance when I changed the item based on my needs. What truly stood out was his friendly and professional demeanor, making my 4 visits in Sharaf smooth. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and attentive sales staff nowadays, and I genuinely appreciate his efforts. Thanks to Gerald, I walked away with exactly what I needed.
I went to buy an iphone and the filipino guy keeps on insisting to avail their insurance, i said i only want the phone. Its obvious that he doesnt want to sell me the phone;he left and said that "i will check because theres only 1 left and i dont think they will sell this without the insurance".. we were looking for him and we saw him talking to other person. We just left instead. A terrible experience
Terrible experience with their water dispenser. It broke within the first month, and despite having a warranty, I got no proper support. The hot water stopped working first, then the whole thing broke down. They asked me to pay AED 100 for repairs, even though it’s under warranty. Their service is awful—they don’t even pick up faulty items like other stores. I regret buying from here and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
