After reading over the evaluations for this branch, I can confirm that the prior reviews about the cost of the Samsung Galaxy S24 that they are providing are confused. I bought it from them a few days ago and was pleased with the phone and the service, but upon talking with a friend, I discovered that they had purchased the same phone as me on the same day and paid less than me without FREE Samsung insurance. Checking my receipt, I saw that I had paid for the AED299 Samsung insurance, despite the fact that the Indian staff had stated that it was included with the phone. I hope Samsung takes the appropriate steps in this case. This is disappointing.
I am not satisfied with my visit with this store. I first asked the Indian staff member about the Galaxy Ring and didn't meet the expectation on how he explained it to me. I was expecting a better explanation since it is an official Samsung Store. While talking with him, I suddenly asked him for help with my Galaxy Watch because I wanted to use the blood pressure monitoring feature, disappointing that he passed me on a Filipina lady wearing a mask mentioning that they are the expert. I've waited for a few minutes and she mentioned that she's only assigned to accessories and that male staff was the one who can help me and has a knowledge with galaxy watch.
In the end, I left the store without getting any help. I went back again after a few hours and asked the other staff for the staff's name. They mentioned his name was Taswif. I just want to bring this attention to Samsung management to train your staff to have knowledge with after sales. Not just with selling the product.

I recently visited the Samsung Store at Al Wahda Mall, and my experience was disappointing, particularly with the customer service provided by a Filipina staff member. I went in to inquire about their service center, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism and assistance. However, I was met with a dismissive and uninterested attitude. It was clear that she had no intention of helping me or addressing my concerns.
What made the situation worse was her complete lack of empathy. As a customer, I believe that even if she didn't have the answer to my inquiry, the least she could do was show some concern and direct me to someone who could help. Instead, she seemed eager to get rid of me as if my presence was an inconvenience.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer service role. If she doesn't know what her job entails or isn't interested in helping customers, she shouldn't be there. This experience has left a bad impression on me, and I would hesitate to return to this store in the future. Samsung should seriously reconsider the training and placement of their customer service staff.
I went 2 days ago to samsung al wahda branch and ask about the galaxy s24 ultra One indian staff told me the proce is 3380 and free screen warranty It is a good deal but I atill search in other store maybe i will get good price but didn't find. I come back yesterday and i did not find the same staff and i ask someone again for the price to be clear and shockingly the arabic staff give me different price 3587 and 2 years free warranty. I ask the staff and said they dont give free warranty. Dissappointed i didn't buy because they are lying too much. I don't know who to believe in that store. Don't go there in that store they wil play and lie with you only. I buy in other store even expensive. They are honest and good staff. Samsung please teach your staff to be honest and do not lie and play with customers. If you buy mobile phone in this shop check your receipt carefully.

Repair service has so many loopholes- if your phone has a scratch they will void your warrantee regardless if you bought the Samsung care package
