Bought an Apple Watch and Ms. Ritchel assisted me. Felt at home at the store. Yes, i am at the store but she is very friendly and accommodating. Very professional and she really knows what she is selling. She even offered to set everything up. Should you shop at iStyle, you should look to Ms. Ritchel but definitely once you enter the store you will easily recognize her as she has a genuine and vibrant smile. Thank you so much, Ms. Ritchel!

I saved all my money to buy a mac, finally without knowing the correct shop I went and bought it from iSTYLE Premium Apple Reseller. The same day evening it got repaired and none of the keys worked. I went to them and asked for a replacement. For that they said , you should have checked from our store and would have gone. How foolish is this. From then on every time I feel I have entered a wrong store to buy a product which I have been dreaming off. Still suffering with the mac.
I had a great experience yesterday with Elizabeth. She was very helpful and accomodating. She did work extra to get me the unit that I wanted. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back again.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the I Style store in Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi today. My friend and I visited around 1 PM to inquire about purchasing an iPhone 6+ with a Tabby payment plan. There were no other customers in the store at the time, so we expected to receive proper attention.
However, the sales person we approached was incredibly unhelpful. He immediately told us he didn’t know anything about the payment plan and suggested we contact Tabby directly. Instead of attempting to assist us or even checking for any available options, he completely ignored us. My friend and I spent over 10 minutes in the store, and during that time, the salesperson was too busy on his phone to care. It was clear he had no intention of offering any kind of service or assistance, which was incredibly unprofessional.
If the payment option was unavailable or he simply didn’t know how it worked, he should have at least taken the time to guide us or find someone who could help. His attitude was appalling, and I really hope the management reviews the CCTV footage from around 1 PM to 1:45 PM to see how bad the service was.
This was a horrible experience, and I will definitely think twice before returning to this store again.
I visited this store today, the lady there Elizabeth was so welcoming with a great smile and loving personality…. I was only browsing but I had to purchase an Apple Watch cos of how great and comfortable I was with my interaction with her…. Thank you so much for been amazing and I highly recommend this store for all apple products ❤️💯
I went to buy a MacBook Air and had already known ahead of time what I was going to get. It was my first time and my last time in istyle in the Al Wahda Mall branch. I was assisted by Sherilyn who kept talking down to me as if I didn't know anything and as if I did not have the ability to buy the product telling me not to illegal things with it. When I purchased it suddenly she became very nice but as a foreigner from Canada I was extremely disappointed by her behavior and I will not take myself there again. Really satisfied with the product but after her disrespectful behavior I don't think I will buy from there again.
It was a waste of time to visit this store because compared to other stores like Sharaf DG, E city, Amazon online, Lulu, the prices are very very high. Whenever i asked the staff, he simply escaped. I do not recommend this store for middle class people, it is only for the rich and who don't care for money. Bad experience..

Went there with an intention of buying Apple Watch. When I approached the counter, the guy asked me to wait, saying there is another customer ahead of me on the line. I waited for my turn. But he kept on attending other customers without minding me. After about 30 minutes, I left the store. iStyle is premium when t comes to the prices, not when it comes to the service it seems.
Wonderful service from Elizabeth and Oliver. They stayed extra time just to help us with the setup and transfer of a new phone. Amazing customer service would highly recommend everyone to ask for Elizabeth and Oliver
