Bad service not recommenting in al wahda mall
Customer service being experienced very poor. Given a laptop for service, even after 9 days didn’t receive any update, while check the service request tracker it’s just showing “Estimated Response Time: Within 2 days from now”. Once contact the showroom (selling point), just a standard answer once we received back will call you.
I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service at Jumbo, especially when dealing with a warranty issue for my wired earphones. From the outset, their approach was dismissive, with the staff, particularly the supervisor, showing a lack of concern for my problem. They casually claimed the earphones were functioning properly after a mere superficial test, ignoring my specific issue that the right side fails after prolonged use.Even after insisting on a proper technical check, the follow-ups were met with the same indifferent attitude from the supervisor, who continued to assert that there were no issues with the earphones. It's bewildering and disrespectful — there's no reason for me to raise a complaint if the product was indeed working fine.This situation goes beyond the 75 AED value of the earphones; it reflects a fundamental flaw in their customer service. The supervisor's lack of attentiveness and dismissive behavior is unacceptable. It's not just about addressing a warranty concern; it's about showing basic respect and consideration for customers. Such a disappointing experience has significantly eroded my trust in Jumbo and has led me to seriously reconsider any future engagements with them

This electronic shop in Al Wahda mall has a wide range of electronics gadgets, home appliance and many more. The staff are knowledgeable of their products and professional. They are also accommodating. Kudos to Mr. Rogel for being patient with all our inquiries. Keep it up!
