Misleading ad with a clear intention to mislead . Ad says guaranteed exchange value of Aed 500 or more for mobile in working condition when exchanged for selected models . While visiting Al Wahda mall outlet , they say the minimum exchange value of the phone as per northladder should be 250. This is not in the Ad - clear misleading ad . Sales guys are not even aware of the promo and Manager not around they say. Waste of time
Rizwan was a really helpful samsung expert. He helped me choose a phone for my mum. We were going to go for a s23 however he persuaded us to buy the s24 ultra and gave us free samsung earbuds with the phone. The service was amazing and he supported us to set up the phone. He is a wonderful member of staff, friendly and helpful and kind. Thank you so much.
Very Bad Experience From Sales Persons. I purchased a smartwatch for gifting to my friend. Unfortunately it was oversize. And after 1 week we came together to replace it. But they didn't took it back.
Very bad experience from tarek he is talking to me very badly when I came to product service in Al wahda mall. I have seen a lot of bad review here about this tarek. I donβt know the management is aware of his behavior, your immediate response is highly appreciated.
Worst service in abudhabi, and fake promises. I have purchased a mobile and sales guys told me they will give free gifts such watch, headset and other one and its written on bills also... After paying amount they said gifts are finished and you can come next time will give and said sorry... And I went after sometime and asked them my gifts they said sorry no gifts available now.... You are too late. I want to give very bad rating to the sales guy. For that I will not leave this matter easily... I have to punish with complaints and more bad ratings.. My humble request to other customers that don't prefer this and go for other good one such as emax, sharaf dg they are far better πππππππππππ
