Even after my previous review. I got a notification yesterday saying that the laptop is ready for collection. I was on call with the customer service people for 4 hours maybe in total to know what had happened. They didn't give me a proper reply so I went to the store only to find that they returned it claiming I reject the boq they issued. I picked up my laptop after getting a notification saying it was returned because I supposedly rejected the BOQ amount. The truth? I never even received a BOQ, nor did I get a proper confirmation email that my laptop was received. Despite countless follow-ups for three weeks, all I heard from the sales team and customer care was, “Give us two more weeks.” Finally, I got my laptop back—unrepaired—with a lie that I rejected the BOQ. The worst part? The laptop still doesn’t switch on. I can’t afford to waste any more time with such an unreliable company. I wasn’t planning on writing this review, but if it helps others reconsider before dealing with Sharaf DG, it’s worth it. Please don’t bother with an apology—it means nothing at this point. I trusted Sharaf DG with my laptop for servicing, expecting a reliable and professional experience, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. It has been over three weeks, and I am still completely in the dark about the status of my device. Despite making countless calls and speaking with at least 20 different customer service representatives, not a single one provided any meaningful update or solution. I repeatedly requested callbacks and follow-ups, which were promised but never delivered. I escalated the issue to multiple service center managers and customer service managers, only to be given vague reassurances and endless excuses, with the issue being pushed to the next day every time. To this day, I have no idea what is happening with my laptop. Not even a formal apology for this unacceptable delay and lack of communication! If your technical team is incapable of repairing the device, the least you can do is acknowledge it and communicate honestly. This experience has been a complete waste of time and effort, and I deeply regret trusting Sharaf DG for this service. Worst company, worst service!
Extremely Poor Complaint Handling and Unprofessional Customer Support Dear Sharaf DG Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with how my recent complaint has been handled. After raising an official complaint, I received multiple calls from your call center. Unfortunately, I was forced to explain the issue repeatedly to different agents who seemed to have no knowledge of the case history. This has not only wasted my time but also added to my frustration. Additionally, I received a call from one of your sales employees, Mr. Sudesh, who was unaware of the details of my complaint and struggled to communicate in English. He could not identify my complaint number, and to my shock, I was told that it is now marked as "invalid" without any explanation. When I requested to speak with a senior officer or the branch manager, I was informed that there is no such person available. Frankly, I am surprised that a reputed brand like Sharaf DG does not seem to have proper escalation procedures or designated senior staff to handle customer grievances. This experience has left me questioning your brand’s commitment to customer service. I would like a clear explanation of: Why my complaint was not properly recorded and followed up. Why your staff are uninformed and unable to communicate effectively. Why there is no escalation protocol or accessible management. I purchased a laptop from them, the brand was huawei. With the help of the staff answering all our queries I got the latest and best unit. I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase. I will surely be back because they provide the best customer service. Thanks Mr.Ahmed Khalid
On 8th March 2025 I bought a Samsung washing machine from ajman city center branch. Sales man told me that there is a cash back offer of 200Aed if you give back your old washing machine. The money was supposed to be transfered to my account with in 1 to 2 week. It’s been almost 1 1/2 month and still there is no communication from sharaf Dg . When ever I go to the branch in ajman they give different stories.
We have purchased screen protectors from Sharaf DG mirdif branch for our Samsung S22 Ultra, within a few weeks we saw the privacy protector coating peeling off, as per the transparent one the edges were not holding properly. Now I have visited the Ajman City Center branch, and spoke with Mr. Salman about this issue, he has assured that it won't happen again and he's being very helpful in this regard.
