Bad service
Just wanted to change the back side of my phone.
It took too much time and more than visits and still no proper service from the technician who keeps telling no need to come back and after I say I will come if not properly fixed he is back saying sure you can come.
Later is not visible and when I asked for a supervisor the tell he is not available.

I use to be a very happy customer and now I am extremely unhappy.
I bought Samsung galaxy S20 FE 5G last Wed 10 Mar 21 from Jack's City Centre Ajman.
I told your sales man that my budget is AED 1800 and I was so happy to see Note10 displayed and I told him great get me that phone. However, unluckily it is out of stock.
So I started looking for other phones.
I saw S20 FE 5G for AED 2699 and the sales man told me that I will get FREE GIFT.
I told him please I don't want the FREE gift and just reduce the price.
He rejected my request based on if I take the FREE gift or not the price of the phone is fixed AED 2699.
Based on that and since I trust Jacky's I decided to purchase.
Today for my shock I got to know that Samsung are selling the same phone for AED 2199 without the FREE gift and AED 2699 with the FREE gift.
So in reality the GIFT Jacky's gave me was not FREE and Jacky's forced me to buy something that I don't need. However, you tell customers that this is FREE which is not true and this cheating, this is called playing with the words.
What a big difference I feel between Wed and Today. On Wed I felt I was so lucky for purchasing that phone from Jacky's and today I feel I was cheated and how stupid I was.
NOTE: Etisalat is selling the same phone for AED 1800

They are very bad, give wrong products and wrong information, i bought a charger with charging 2 options type c and usb, according to them its fast charging, while i plugins both its taking 2.5hrs to charge. When i ask them to refund they refused. Dont do any purchase with them they are not professional and very rude staff treated the customers very rudely.

worst ever experience with Jacky's Electronics which i have never before. they cheated with their policy.
i purchased new redmi note 10s on 8th of December 2021 from city center Ajman.
it was defected piece.... when i ask them to return or exchange with new they refuse to do. but on other hand their policy is * if within 7 days such thing happens they will exchange with new.. (as every local store is offering) but they put my phone on claim of warranty and leave me bare handed for upcoming 15 days.
such a poor & filthy act by a seller.
