The worst company in UAE. I purchased their screen protector for almost 200 dhs with life time warranty and they told me it’s life time warranty and I can replace any time for around 20 dhs. I clearly communicated with the store people and manager if I have to keep the receipt when I want to replace it again and they clearly told I just have to bring the old plastic back and doesn’t need to keep any receipt. I have replaced this 2 times without any receipt. Today when I went to the store they are refusing me to change it and asking me to bring the original receipt. When I checked my email, I have the receipts of all the purchases of axiom except this one. I even have the replacement receipts but couldn’t find the main one in the mail. Same thing with them, they can find everything except the purchase receipt of screen protector. They are totally scamming people. This is a planned scam, they purposefully didn’t send the receipt in mail and they deleted in their system as well. I have heard and read many people facing the same situation. Never ever purchase anything from this store, they will scam and fool you with anything. When you ask the manager and store people about it they act like they are the victim and we are the scammers. Completely planned and trained scammers I recommend everyone to stay away from all the axiom. When you see axiom just don’t enter. I have made many devices done with them and it’s all a loss for me

We brought A51 Samsung Mobile that cost 1099 and it was mention with AED 100 discount and power bank, after the payment we ask the salesman where is the free power bank and he reply we don’t have power bank it’s already finished. After that we say why still on the priceless and before that we pay of AED 1099 he Mr. Pramod saw already in computer system that their is no power bank but why he didn’t let us know before we ask for free. We are so disappointed on what happened and it’s really bad. By the way some mobile in their priceless is the same promotion.
Worst service ever here in ajman city center branch. There is not proper response worst staff and they don't know how to deal with customer's. Always they are rude with customers.
