I went to them to fix OnePlus nordce display, service guy told me the price 399 aed to replace the display with 10 % additional discount. Where as the mobile cost is 650 aed. I refused to fix from here.

very bad customer service. manager doesn’t have the solutions to solve the problems. i placed an order that i needed within the same day, 30 mins later they call me saying that it will be finished after two days after i paid and specifically told them that i needed the order urgently. the manager didn’t do anything and we had to give the manager a solution because he didn’t know what to do.

We bring our bag just for a little repair stitching and they not accept it and they giving to much reasons just not to accept the bag for repairing. We gave them also options to fix it what ever they like just to fix the bag. And then they told us it will take 7 days just for a 1 inch stitching problem of my bag. I dont know if they want to get customer or not?
