I came to Ajman city center branch 2 time and I ask them to change the protector, every time they have the same story that we are going to close in one hour and I have so many devices and I have some other work to do. The person how was here and not even in a mood to listen his name is Anwar Sadath
I have had my phones done out here. The screen protector is good.But today when I had come to ask if they would protect the screen on my watch as I had a protection done before,the service guy who was available was as rude as hell and didnt even have the courtesy of speaking properly to a customer.If you have service personnel like these then no wonder if customers would return back.
I have no complaints in regards to the quality of the product. However the personnel(Philippino male) had a very rude and unfriendly attitude towards the customers and didn't know how to install the protector.
I usually get it done from the Megamall branch but today due to lack of time I had to go to the Sharjah City centre branch and regret it.
Please advise your staff of this particular branch to be more courteous and professional.
I want to thank Theresa & Janeen for their hard and very detailed installation work, i did instal the protection in other branch it was okay but not perfect then i went for ajamn branch and they where like don't worry, we will get it fixed for you and we know the trockes of this part. And indeed they did, since that day my protection is perfect and it is not peeling off. They deserve a big thanks!
I went to replace my front interface because they did not fix it properly for my mobile iphone XS MAX and the guy promised me that i will replace it for you for free after i went home i take it out and found out its the same and did not fix or replace or anything..its my first time i have this bad experience like that with you guys..WHY??
In 2019 I came to Dubai, back then I had a new phone from VIVO. I had already put the screen protector( glass kinda). One I broke it somehow and I searched a lot again to find the exact glass but in vain. Finally I found this mobile outfitters in Burjuman. Right from that I have changed phones and tablets but all protected by mobile outfitters
Just wanted to share my thoughts on this mobile protection shop .The staff was super helpful and professional. They had a great selection of screen protectors, too. Prices seemed reasonable, with a lifetime warranty. Definitely recommend checking them out if you need to protect your phone , watch, etc . In the last, I wanted to thank Janeen for installing the protector for my mobile in very detail .
To be honest I am not at all happy and satisfied with the cover. I paid 185 aed for the matte clear coat for my full phone last yr and when I went to replace it this time, the cover started chipping off from the sides making the phone sticky. Its not even a month and the cover started coming off and if i put outer phone plastic cover , then bubbles start to form on the front side of the screen guard!!!!They'll charge u 25 aed for cheap replacement. And aed 50 without informing this before( incase if u wish to keep a different type of clear coat,even if its original price is cheaper they will charge more). Its ridiculous. I told I don't want side cover for this reason as twice I faced this issue but they said no since I got full clear coat done initially so I have to pay more if I need a different type of replacement..
