Horrible Experience at Samsung Store – Feels Like a Scam!”
I went to the Samsung Store to buy the latest phone as a gift. The salesman promised me a promotion: free earpods and a universal charger with the purchase. Sounded great, so I went ahead and paid the total amount he told me.
When I got home and checked the receipt, I realized they charged me for Samsung Care (which I NEVER asked for) and the so-called “free” universal charger for 300 AED! Not once did anyone mention I was being charged for these.
I called the store to complain—no answer. So I had to waste my time and go back in person. When I showed them the receipt, they admitted it was my fault for accepting the total amount, even though THEY promised those items were free.
This is deceptive and completely unprofessional. How can I trust a brand like Samsung when their staff pulls stunts like this? I’ll think twice before stepping into a Samsung Store again. Save your time and money—shop elsewhere!
I bought an S25 ultra in the Samsung shop with Manisha Sharma, probably the nicest Samsung employee I met around the world. She was more than able to answer to all of my questions and she always had a smile and was always very polite. Congratulations Manisha!
I had incredible services and experiences in each of 2024 and 2025 with couple of purchases at this Store. Alissar and Tulasha were amazing and very assistive with the details. Unreservedly recommend.
I recently visited the Samsung service center at Dubai Mall, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The service provided was far from what I expected from such a renowned brand. The staff seemed indifferent, and they treated Samsung products with a lack of care, almost as if they were trash. It was frustrating to see such poor after-sales service, with no attention to detail or customer satisfaction.
For a company that prides itself on quality and innovation, the service at this location is far from acceptable. I would not recommend visiting the Samsung service center at Dubai Mall if you're looking for professional and reliable support. They seriously need to step up their game in customer service and product care.
I recently visited this store in Dubai Mall and left feeling very satisfied, all thanks to Nadine. In desperate times, you really need someone who cares and enjoys what she does, and that’s exactly how she was. The store itself was well-organized, and Nadine was incredibly helpful. She handled my S24+ issue with care, knowledge, and professionalism, all while multitasking and helping others at the same time. It was such a great experience—highly recommend!

S24 Ultra Samsungs signature phone, has a problem with its “Oleophobic coating”. Even if the phone is under warranty the experience to change the screen is terribly inconvenient. Been a Samsung user for ever. Never Again!!! Dubai Mall Samsung experience from customer very poor. Asked for a manager to help with the process and was told there is none!

After posting a review regarding the IMEI number not appearing on the device and consistent lagging issues when playing videos on OTT platforms, I was advised to contact your support team.
I promptly reached out to the number provided and explained the problems in detail. The representative assured me that I would receive a callback with a solution. However, it has now been several days, and I have not received any follow-up or resolution.
These issues are severely impacting my experience with the device, and I am increasingly concerned about the lack of communication and support. I kindly request that this matter be escalated and that I receive a timely and effective solution.
