What’s even more frustrating is that I was deceived by an Egyptian man who pushed me to pay for 8 documents, even though I clearly asked for only 2. They proceed with the paperwork they choose without properly informing you, and once it’s done, they force you to pay. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
It’s disappointing to encounter such practices, especially when choosing a place where you expect the interaction to be based on trust and mutual respect. I do not accept deception in any form, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.”

Instead of handling the situation professionally, multiple staff members started arguing and making excuses. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one took accountability.
The most disappointing part? As I walked away, I could hear the staff laughing at me behind my back. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable, especially in a store located in Dubai Mall, which is known for high standards.

Bad service! Don't give expensive things for repair, they don't know how to work with them. They ruined my loro piano shoes! They cut off the sole and glued on the tread.

The staff named AMR from Minutes Dubai Mall was very rude. I came to the store and wanted some print out where I usually did monthly on the same shop.Surprisingly the guy act so wired. He printed the files i need but it was not in a good shape so i told him i will not accept it and he just shouted like OK IF YOU DON’T LIKE and teared the print out in front of me which is disrespectful. I ask for the manager incharge and i saw one filipina lady and told her the incident the printer was not working properly thats why the prints comes in bad shape. I told its ok but atleast explain properly or either dont print it as it was also waste of paper and effort from their side then explain properly that the printer is not working fine unlike being too rude without any reason.
They have my phone since 2nd January 2025
