His knowledge about the products was impressive, and he patiently answered all my questions.I appreciated that he didn’t rush me into making a decision and offered valuable insights on the features that would best suit my lifestyle. Additionally, the store was well-organized, making it easy to browse the selection. The pricing of the products seemed higher compared to other shops because they have bundles but they can give you other options which I found reassuring. i bought headphones one month ago and they stopped working and when i went to the ship they didn’t do anything for me. useless 1 year warranty policy. if i purchased direct from apple it would’ve been better.

I honestly don’t understand why this store has such a high rating. prices, yes, are lower than on the market, but many items are simply not available. two years ago we bought a MacBook, they told us it definitely didn’t have an Arabic keyboard, but when we got home, it turned out to have an Arabic keyboard.
Today we came to pick up a new MacBook. and instead of helping us with our choice, we were confused by the issue of screen resolution and memory.
we would buy from this store.
but the consultant began to tell us that it was better to buy the most expensive one, not the one we chose, and he couldn’t even explain what the difference between the chips was. in the end, we chose the one that suits us, with a smaller screen but more memory, which, surprise surprise, they didn’t have in stock, so the consultant just started shouting at us that a larger screen was better but less memory began to indicate that we were not doing the right choice and in general 100 dirhams is the difference with the store next door, this is generally a huge difference!

so yeasterday i bought this device which it supposed to charge my IPhone 15 pro max and when i tried it once , it almost broke my iphone with heat , so i came back to Eros and spoke with customer service Mr.Denns as he told me as EROS policy they can't return the item, even though it's working well but didn't suit for iPhone pro max 15 ,
for me i won't buy anything from here again 👍🏻

Very rude employees, persistently rush to buy exactly the product they offer, argue and stand their ground even if their option does not suit the buyer, they wanted to buy a MacBook there, eventually turned around and left
