I bought a laptop from Ecity, and the service was super. Initially, when I walked in, no one was attending to me, but finally, the computer expert came over, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and funny. He gave me a good discount and helped me set up the computer before I left. I was buying the laptop for someone else and dreading the experience, but he made it so much fun and painless. So grateful, Safder. I will be back and send all my friends.

When I noticed and requested a refund for the extra amount, they kept making false promises, saying “today” and then “tomorrow.” It has now been a week, and I am still running after my money.
Their lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair and transparent transaction.

Please check the item you purchase before leaving shop. If it is defective item it going to be your falult since you dont check it. Horrible service.
Dont expect anything from them. They will keep on saying No. They will make you fool. They will never say sorry. I really wonder these kind of shop still exist. Please go other shop to buy electronic item. Whatever happens they will blame you and make very uncomfortable.
I do want write all kind of negative words and comments for them. They shouldnt use a word customer service. Please dont go there.

Unprofessional staff , No after sale support, they didn’t complete the bank paperwork as agreed and made a terrible mistake. They didn’t listen to any of my complaints and they will comment with please send us your complaint!!! The store manager will not provide you with any help or support.
They gave us a “gift” that was broken and unusable when we got home. Not recommended shop.
Very unfriendly staff, the manager Kamal is not pro costumer.They sell us different product and didn’t accept it back, even if on the cash bill says I have the right to change it in the term of 7 days. They made us to look like liars, and they tried to ruin our relationship. Very bad services, I don’t recommend them, no,no,no.
