Battery programed to die in 4 years without replacement. The replacement if exist costs 400 dhm tye price of a new vacuum from other brands. I recommend things like black and decker have a battery and accessories that are universal to all thier appliances. Also you won't need to buy extra accessories.

I had a great experience at the store over two visits. We already had the product, but Abdulhaq was incredibly supportive and helpful from the moment we walked in. He didn’t leave out a single detail, answered every question patiently, and made sure we felt confident about everything. You could tell he genuinely cared, and that made a big difference. The next day, we came back and met Pam, who taught us how to properly use the tools we had. She has such a unique personality—calm, clear, and genuinely fun to talk to. She made the learning process so enjoyable that it felt more like a friendly hangout than a product tutorial. Also, the store setup is amazing—you can try out everything on the spot, which is super helpful. Definitely one of the best customer experiences I’ve had!
I just got out of a styling session at Dyson and just loved it. Bonita is amazing at using Dyson and knows the tips and tricks for long lasting styles. Definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to learn better styling techniques.
I sent my Dyson machine for repair, and they promised to deliver it back within a specified timeframe. Unfortunately, they failed to keep their promise. Not only did they not deliver on time, but they also don’t answer calls or provide proper updates.
The issue with my machine was clearly a manufacturer’s defect, and it had nothing to do with me as the customer. Yet, their response was completely unprofessional. For a product that is so expensive, I expected a far better level of customer service.
Their lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable. Dyson’s service does not match the premium price of their products. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from them. Look elsewhere for quality and proper customer care.
I went to try hair with my friend. For the first time in my life, someone made fun of my English. It was a male employee whose name I don't know, he might be Egyptian. He made fun of me for 15 minutes. I am in shock to encounter something like this in a touristic place. I never ever plan on going there again.
In my personal experience express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from Dyson at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, my experience with the Dyson Airstrait straightener has been extremely disappointing. After using it only three times, it stopped functioning on its own.
Following this issue, I returned the item to the store for inspection and repair. However, despite waiting for two weeks, I received no updates. When I finally received a response, I was informed that the item would be repaired rather than replaced. Given the circumstances and the short period in which the item became defective, I expected a more appropriate resolution, such as a replacement.
Stay cautious when you buy a dyson; they claim the device is under warranty yet they don’t treat it the way it should be! I have been waiting for almost 2 months for some parts they claim hasn’t arrived & not a single solution was provided till then.
They decided to cut loose on giving you a sample till your vaccum is sorted but it was decided to stop the same due to “hygiene”
I believe they stopped this service because they have been facing plenty of issues with there vacuums & can’t keep up with alternatives.
2000 aed went to the drain dealing with such company.
