I had an excellent experience with Mr. Sharukh's service. He thoroughly inspected my car and provided clear guidance on which oil needed to be changed. He checked all the mechanisms and gave me accurate information on which services were necessary and which were not. He also provided a detailed quotation at a reasonable cost.

I received message yesterday from the mechanic guy in WhatsApp telling me to come tomorrow by 10 or 11 without specifying if it’s morning or evening. As soon I arrived this morning to get my car programmed, I was told that the mechanic person is not there as it’s half day today. So I ended calling the guy and he hanged up on me. So I called the owner of the place and the owner was rude on the phone telling me “Kalam mafi fayda and find other place”

One of the reason I don’t recommend this place is:-

1. The staff are not supportive.
2. They will waste your time.
3. Terrible customer service.

Stay away from them.

I recently had my car washed here and was impressed with how spotless both the interior and exterior turned out! The cleaning was thorough, and the waiting area was super comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and attentive.

I was recommended this place to service my vehicle. Both times, the service was outstanding! Speedy work, they send you photos or what the situation is, give you pricing immediately and make sure they accommodate your needs. Highly recommended place. Sharookh was assisting me on both visits and his professionalism is outstanding.

I would never suggest taking your car here for service. They kept my car for almost two weeks and kept asking for more money. I later discovered they had used my car and got a radar fine of 500 AED. In total, I lost nearly 2000 AED for incomplete work.

The worst garage ever they are cheater special the supervisor there the African .. even the Indian owner there was very rude no behavior they charged me for no reason even they didn’t tell me what is wrong with my car ..

They claim to be specialists in German cars, but they’re far from professional. While they might handle basic or budget vehicles well, their approach to German cars seems to rely on guesswork. I requested a repair on my car seat’s back cover (specifically, securing the clips and hooks), yet they carelessly glued the cover with hot glue, damaging the original leather. After addressing a coolant leakage issue, the engine warning light appeared. They seemed clueless about the cause, merely resetting it, only for the warning to reappear the next day. Additionally, their labor charges lack consistency and don’t seem based on the actual work involved.

Update - They didn't even know how to fix the intake manifold back. Flaps were not in the right position when they reinstalled intake manifolds. Had to get those fixed in another garage.

They have very bad services, I ask them for Quotation they took long time, and when they given it to me very high price and 50% of the parts not available, it was very bad experience I advise Don't deal with this garage, and the Indian supervisor he is not responsing at all

Visited the place and it was very amazing with the new management..Good customer service and kind Employees , very fast and proactive ..I will reccomend anyone who need proper proffesionalism and Car expertise
