Although I had requested 2020 tyres but I did not know that you would give me tires from 2020 Feb tyres, although I took new tyres but they are already like 16 months old. This should have been informed to me. You should not sell tyres which are more than 12 months old. Or at least inform the customers so that don’t felt cheated.

An absolute nightmare of service. The shop in alqouz is more of a warehouse, but that shouldn't necessarily stop them from doing a good job, but it apparently does.They were so extremely unprofessional, really careless with the car and rims, and made me very uncomfortable working on the car.
I thought the offer was good to change all tyres and get free alignment, but i left there and the car was shaking like insane, and since then I've had to visit 3 times and it's still no where near perfect, I'm just going to get it checked in another place even if I have to pay again.
Never again with uaetyres, highly recommended to avoid it at all cost, unless you don't care about your car.

I had an excellent experience at the tire shop with Mr. Marimar. I purchased my tires online, and they were delivered to the shop quickly. The staff was very helpful and efficient, and they changed all four tires in no time. Highly recommend their service!

NEVER BUY FROM THEM ANY TIRE! THEY NEVER RESPECT THE WARRANTY.
I replaced my 4 tiers before 7 month, drove only 9000km and now tiers are damaged and need to be replaced!
Maybe they'll offer you a discount because you'll get deceived at the end with poor products & even worst warranty.

They check the tire alignment but don't fix it free of cost even if you buy 4 tires. They quote you an exorbitant amount to fix it. This is a catch as most of the shops fix it free of cost when you buy 4 tires. When highlighted, they claim that "they're different" and not to compare with others!!! Technician was rude and unprofessional. Will never return.

Today I had a very bad experience with UAEtyres

Yesterday I contracted customer support to inquire about VW Teramont 2019 - at first they were very responsive and professional they recommended certain tyres and I paid everything online as they requested they said service includes tyre change , balancing and checking alignment and if alignment is needed that is extra.

Day before Ordered tyres , paid asked them to replace in Barsha mall tyre center at 11 am

This is when everything started to be bad - my wife went 11 am - 45 minutes later they contacted me to say tyres delivered to wrong center in quoz , told them no issues -

My wife ended up waiting two hours - after the service completed they found out the alignment machine is not updated and were not able to even check alignment because the machine can’t find the car model ( even though I gave it to them before )

I called Ofcourse to complain told them from a safety perspective you can’t allow cars to leave without checking alignment - the lady in customer support called me later to confirm machine not updated (no apology given ) and asked me if my wife can drive to sharjah for alignment

We had no alternative but to leave without even checking alignment

They later called through another customer service rep and apologized

Truly horrible service and will never recommend them to anyone 2:30 hours to replace car tyres and payment was less than 5 minutes

Will never use them again
