10 days ago my cars head gasket was blown then I asked Nisar from zarouni spear parts if he knew a good mechanic for the job he gave me Al SAYARAH AL FAKHMAH'S contact number, It was fascinating from the beginning until the end they are respectful and knowledgeable, No one is perfect but 95% I was great full
A very Dissatisfied customer.
1) Never delivered what they promised.
2) Cheap quality paint work done. A full body paint was done and in less than 4 months, the paint started wearing off. Contacted Mr Jacob and he simply ignored all complaints, Being an owner his reaponsed showed how he treats his customers.
3) All mechanical work they had done had to be redone at Mazda Service center again, double the cost.
4) Every time a repair was needed they asked to teplace parts as it was th easiest for them, never worried if the customer can afford it.
5) Highest labor charges among all service centers I have been, but the worst quality of service among them.
6) Other than a very young chap who actually daid, their owner is money minded and I must take my car elsewhere ASAP, everyone was interested in looting a customer.
I raised a complaint with DED for their service quality and response.

Bossy attitude, service is ok . Labor cost a is high comparing others.
I asked someone to help me with a good mechanic and he introduced me Al SAYARAH AL FAKHMAH'S It was great and the staff's are professional and respectful Thank you for your good work I'm grateful
I have done my Ford and Kia car services from past 3 years. I can say one of the best services I got it from here. One of their staff Babu is very good guy who is really helpful and give you the best solution and advice for your car issue.
I have given here 3 stars because from past 4 months their top management changed and saw a new supervisor. I really don’t like attitude the way he talk and ignore our car issues which can be solved easily. If you ask me 4 month before I have given 5 star to them.
Only Mechanic work
They didn't solve the issue and they got labour charge for it. Secondly they didn't provide me with the spare parts invoice. I am not satisfied dealing with them anymore.
