Amazing job done by this workshop. I never thought my car will look so good. Superb finishing. Sensors were not available, they arranged it finally and the car got ready in a weeks time. All the staff were excellent. I recommend this workshop if you need to repair your car. Hats off to you guys!
Doesn't have finishing for body work done for me. No idea on mechanical and other works, just sharing feedback on my body shops repair done for me.
Expensive for my yaris body work , so i did from outside for almost half price

I approached Al Ramlah Garage for the insurance repair of my car Honda CRV after a severe accident, and I am extremely impressed with their exceptional service. The workshop did an amazing job, and I highly recommend them. The team is highly professional and truly cooperative, especially the Garage Manager, Mr. Mohamed, and Mr. Ajil, who coordinated everything at the reception. They ensured the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I received my car in perfect condition, looking as good as brand new. Someone hits my car in the back side and the insurance company advised me this Garage.. I just have to say that was such a PERFECT WORK!!!! THIS GAYS ARE AMAZING, am not just happy, Am super super super happy with the work, so yes I recommend this garage!!!!! 100%
The people working at office seem genuine and lovely but the service done at the garage is negligent. They have no clue what they are doing. After having my accident covered under insurance there, the cosmetic condition of the car seemed to be messed up.
After driving for 2-3 times, I also noticed that there were more issues than met the eye. After keeping the car there thrice, they still couldn’t figure out the issue and told me everything is good with the car. They said they can check again if there were any issues but how do I trust them again and hand over a car where they couldn’t find fault even after checking thrice.
Finally I had to take it to the official dealer to check and get it fixed for more than 6k. They showed me pictures of the initial work done at the garage after accident and it was appalling! It’s as if they were fixing toy cars using super glue.
Very unprofessional and there is one arab guy i font know his name he is very rude….
No follow up nothing very lazy management

Insurance company suggested this garage,on approval they asked me to bring the car for repair after 15 days and when i requested them telling i need to repair it within few days. Nazru was very unprofessional and rude. They should learn how to deal with clients in a polite way.
