Extremely Disappointed with AEM Auto Garage" I gave my car to AEM Auto Garage in Qusais 4 on September 20 for repairs, and it has been a nightmare ever since. Prashant, who was in charge, initially promised to return the car in 7-10 days. However, they kept delaying despite multiple follow-ups. When the car was finally returned, several issues were still unresolved, and their work quality was very poor. The back sensors were not working, and they didn’t even bother to replace them as promised. It's been three months now, and I’m still chasing them to fix the problems, but nothing has been done. I would never recommend this garage to anyone. Orient Insurance should seriously consider blacklisting them from their network. Avoid at all costs!
Fast service. Quick response. Prashant was really helpful and supportive. Within 4 days he repaired my accident dent and painting work. It was really fast. I really appreciate the way he handled the insurance process without any hassle. I recommend this garage for any insurance claims or servicing purpose. It is located in Al Qusais. Worst garage I have been to for an insurance claim. A guy named Akram just lies; for one or two days' work max, he took 5 days. In spite of regular follow-ups, he didn't start the work until the 4th day when I was told I could collect the car back from him. He came to check and found out the car was parked somewhere else and hadn't been touched. It has been 6 days now. The owner took accountability and promised to return the car back, but again, nothing. Not at all responsible for his staff’s accountability or responsibility. Don't understand how any insurance can give contact to such a garage. Wallah, the rating garage deserves is in the minus; it should shut down. Before this that Akram guy should be out. If anyone is ever paying visit don’t listen to him. Literally workers are unnecessarily being dragged in this when the top management is pathetic.
