I bought LG Vacuum Cleaner on June and after only less than a month the pipe got broken. They replace it after 2 hrs negation even though I have 2 years warranty which I paid an extra to get it. Again after 2 months the pipe got broken again. It is really very bad quality product. I came back and they refused to replace where still it is only 4 months back been bought and still under warranty. I'm very depressed and don't advise anybody to buy LG brand anymore.
I’ve been an LG customer for over 15 years, but my recent experience with their service in Dubai has been incredibly disappointing. My washing machine issue was misdiagnosed three times, leading to unnecessary costs and delays. Each technician gave a different explanation, and their customer service was even worse. Despite repeatedly requesting to speak with a manager, I was ignored for over a week. It’s easier to reach Ministers in the UAE than to get hold of LG management! When I finally managed to speak to someone, they offered only a 10% discount after all the inconvenience. The people handling the technical work and customer service lack professionalism, transparency, and competence. LG needs to hire better-qualified staff to avoid such issues in the future.
Terrible service and poor quality product. An LG refrigerator was purchased new and after one year started to malfunction with poor cooling in the refrigerator and excessive cooling in the freezer After spending close to two week at the service center it was reportedly fixed and I was charged a lot of money Few months later the same problem recurred and I have been waiting for the refrigerator to fixed close to 10 days. No one respond to the phone calls or the WhatsApp messages and when they respond they promise to give an update later in the day but no one would call Very poor quality refrigerator despite being expensive and very poor service center I purchased today a Hitachi refrigerator and I am throwing my LG refrigerator in the garbage
The center offers high-quality products with only minor cosmetic imperfections like small dents or paint peeling. These are rejected items that function perfectly but can't be sold as new. It's an amazing concept! Those who find these deals tend to keep quiet about them. I had no idea such a place existed!
Worst service I've ever experienced. You've kept my vacuum cleaner for almost two months without any real response. Every time I check in, I get vague answers or I’m directed to yet another number—none of which actually helps me get an update on my repair. Your customer service is unacceptable. It’s clear that your team could benefit from training on how to handle customers respectfully and transparently. Telling me to “please wait” after two months of waiting is beyond frustrating. I expect a real update and a solution now It's a waste to give you one star even.
