24.02.2024 I recently used services from Sunshine Auto Repair Workshop and had a great experience. My vehicle window and rear view mirror got damaged. Then I inquired with Mr. Ankit from Sunshine Auto , work was done very quickly and very professional. They have flexible timings. I would recommend Mr. Ankit and team especially Mr Vineet to everyone who has a vehicle issue.

Be Careful with this company and try to bring parts from parts store, they will sale same item in double price, I paid 750 for the item which was available in shops 400. Every mechanic is trying to rich in shortcuts here with cheating and miscommunication with clients, complaint has been raised to Consumer department and DUBAI economic department for further action and investigation.

They told me this is our policy to charge whatever the amount they want to charge as per shop policy which is not mentioned anywhere even they don’t have Trade License in the shop or in office only owner has trade license. As per Law all legal shops and offices should have license visible in the office.

wait for my next step and action. I will not allow you to do this to any public.

For oil change or any minor services they are good but I don’t recommend for major services, some time I feel they don’t have good mechanics and they are learning repairing in your car. Last time I consulted them when my car was having a misfire issue, they made me to change from bush to mounting to many other parts after each repair they will say some or other parts complaints and overall they charged around 4000 + AED but my original misfire issue remains. At last I had to take my car to different garage to fix the issue.

Highly recommend this garage. Had an issue, called , the owner was helpful and quite knowledgeable. This is my garage now. Clean garage, professional staff. Highly recommend. They will not quote or make you pay for things not needed like other garages. Pay them a visit

NOT Genuine Parts & UnDone Service.
Great Sales tactics but UnTrustworthy Garage even for Small Leaks or Brake Pads. PLEASE go to the Agency as these days they give Great Discounts and at times cost less or same as such small Garages.

I was in regular contact with SunShine for 1 month now asking for Refund as the Brake Pads fitted are NOT GENUINE & the Leak service job was NOT DONE. They gave excuses earlier until recently they stopped responding after I submitted Agency Reports & proofs.

Here is the story and I have all proofs (SunShine Invoice, Agency Reports, Photos, WhatsApp chat, etc).

Visited them in April 2018 to replace brake pads and gasket leak on my 2007 Pajero. My vehicle was ready in 24hrs at competitive price. But the problems started as below:

(side story but worth mentioning) When I visited the Garage to pay, I witnessed an issue where 2 local gentleman (Owner of Jeep Wrangler) were asking for the Invoice of SunShine’s Supplier (to verify if parts were genuine) which SunShine refused to give and SunShine didn’t want to endorse that the Parts they installed are Genuine in their invoice.

Now back to my story...
My First issue was when i was driving home, I realized that the engine was heating and upon checking I discovered that the coolant tank was empty. I called SunShine and informed them abt the issue as they shouldn’t have touched the coolant, they apologized and we ended the conversation. I went to AutoPro and got the coolant filled. Today I wonder if the coolant was emptied intentionally or accidentally.

Main Issue started in 2 to 3 days time because I realized that the brakes feel soft and are not effective as expected from new sets for Front and Rear and the leakage from gasket continued. So after a lot of hesitation I took the vehicle to the Agency (Al Habtoor, Garhoud Branch) they inspected and reported that the parts installed are NOT GENUINE as well as the leakage service is NOT DONE. Stuck in the situation and not having options I asked them to complete all the necessary jobs. To my Surprise the Agency (Al Habtoor) costed LESS than SunShine Garage and the response from brakes feels as good as my 2015 Jeep.

Readers if you have faced similar issues with small garages PLEASE report them to Department of Economic Development Consumer Rights / Protection, Dubai with all papers and share your reviews to support the community. If there is anything more I can do to report such Garages then I am glad to support. Unfortunately I just learnt about the regulations so I am doing my part now.

They see me as a lady who doesn't understand cars, my car just has broken one side of the wheel and they give me a lot of parts. They gave me an offer of 2300AED. My friend came and looked at the scene and thought I had been tricked into asking them to remove all the car parts on the spot. They refused. I spent money on my car and the problem wasn't solved. They just want the money. Not professional. My car still had two emergency lights on. They said it was okay and I could keep driving. So why should I pay 2300AED? The labor cost is 700AED? They are robbers. Thanks them for teaching me the evil of the world.

Very good workshop for car service. They have car diagnostic tools. Owner from Maharashtra is a very good mechanic so as the employees at the organization. Highly recommended.

When there to fix my dodge's splash guard , it was arranged and fixed at a reasonable price and I am happy with service , final inspection and tightness of the garage.

Worst experience in UAE history. Highly expensive , irresponsible ,Unprofessional staff , damaged few parts while fixing one issue .charged Aed 7,000 but car is having the same issue. Even after all of that when I went to the garage ,the garage owner raised his voice at me and told staff not to take my car. I have Raised complaints to consumer court.if anyone is facing any issue with this garage, kindly raise a complaint using the below link rather than fighting with them.

They took my car for 20 days.
My touch panel damaged which was working fine
My glove box damaged by them
Steering rack damaged and got charges Aed 3500 for that.

Stick action should be taken against these sorts of companies who are proving misleading information and playing with customers..
