Fantastic experience with the Repair Pro team from start to finish. I have recently had all the bathrooms completely renovated, and the work done was very high quality. In addition to this, the team were incredibly professional, and clean & tidy. The work was completed very quickly as well, within the timeframe that we had agreed - which is much shorter than other companies had stated. I can’t rate the team highly enough!

Have a number which I've never given to businesses yet getting spam texts from Repair Pro. They're obviously messaging random numbers and spamming them with promo ads.

I wouldn't do business with a company like that

I asked this company to come and carry out a diagnostic to analyze the issues I was having with my water heater, as I had no hot water in the morning but only during the day, and this pattern repeated every day without understanding why. The diagnostic costs 300 AED for one hour of analysis, and depending on the situation, it may lead to a quote.

The technicians came for 35 minutes and told me they had identified the problem — that there was a “short” in the water heater. This explanation was backed by their manager, and they claimed it was causing a fault in the electrical panel, which kept tripping. That, according to them, was why I had no hot water during the night or in the morning when I woke up.

I was then sent a quote for over 10,000 AED to replace the entire water heater.

Very doubtful about their technical assessment, I called another maintenance company, which confirmed that my water heater was a hybrid system: it worked during the day using solar panels and at night using an electric heating element. That element was faulty and needed replacing — which explained why I only had hot water during the day.

I contacted the manager at Repair Pro to express my disappointment and the poor diagnosis by his team, especially after receiving the 300 AED invoice. He confirmed that the visit alone justified the 300 AED charge, even though the analysis was completely incorrect.

I am very disappointed by both their technical approach and, even more so, their commercial attitude.

I'm speechless. Never seen such bad work in my life. For a simple silicone job, they damaged the whole bathroom !
