Powerworks Garage

Gave them a car to inspect before purchase, a car they have worked on previously, I purchased it and this car had alot of issues which I can't understand why the garage failed to inform me, just running the car on the machine in another garage they found 6-7 faults, engine mounts that are no good, half of the air intake into the induction was missing, makes me think did they even open up the hood, even down to basic question like " how come the car cut off at low speed" I was told " it must of been the stop start system " when infact map and vaccum sensors was both faulty, this garage wasn't my choice but recommended by the seller but turned out to be a very one sided inspection, learnt my lesson but more disappointed in garage for letting me down.

*No work was done on the car by them from me so this not based on there work to fix cars, this is solely a review based on there pre Inspection purchase

I have been going to Powerworks for almost 2 years now. Glenn is always available and very helpful. Justin does a great job, very responsive and I like the fact they send you updates (videos) frequently. Highly recommend Powerworks. Thanks to Glenn, DJ, Justin and team!

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. I came to Powerworks after terrible service at other local garages and realised, as many other people say on their reviews, I should have just picked the guys with the best reviews, first. Communication, service, knowledge, personality, everything about the garage and the space is completely on point. Diagnosed and repaired my Range Rover in 3 days, as where other local garages had her for 3 weeks and were nowhere near close to fixing her. From the biggest to the smallest jobs, I get constant updates and videos on the cars progress, I never need to wonder what's going on. They find parts that are either the best they recommend or buget friendly that can help the wallet. Even if problems arise at there end, they take the hit on time and cost to get the car done. I'll be using Powerworks every 4-8 weeks now for the rest of my Dubai life time, for all services and repairs. As I know the car will be looked after and they won't break the bank.

In my experience when you find an honest car mechanic you find gold!! A1 experience from start to finish. Honest and trustworthy, Exceptional customer service and workmanship. Thank you to DJ and the team !!

Initially problem diagnosed with injector wire. spent 1400, car released after 5 days problem solved right ? no. next day, EPC light on, car is stalled and went back to garage. for almost 2 days no communication on what's the problem. When asked , was replied that they will check n let me know. Now the problem with ignition coil etc with quote of 3500 appx & was told still not sure there will be further problem with EPC. The attendant also don't received the calls. only whatsapp. NOT GOING BACK. Spent too much on waiting, rent a car and not getting one time solution.

Justin, DJ and the team at Powerworks have been great to deal with in the recent times I have had to get my car fixed! They are very professional and also very responsive on the state of your car. With constant updates which i really appreciated I would highly recommend anyone in my network to consider them for their next car service in Dubai Keep up the great works guys

Poor service

Very disappointing experience, asking to bring the car early morning to done the check up and run the required repair and it took them from 8:30 am to 4:30 to finish the check up and at the end i received the report with “0” price for the parts not even for genuine parts that they can simply get from the agency
