I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at 800motorguru auto repairs. I booked in my car for repairs, and after booking it in, I am struggling to get updates on the repair progress for over a month. During this time, I reached out multiple times to check on the status, but I either received no response or vague answers.
The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating, as I am constantly follow up just to get basic information about the progress of my car. I expected a much more professional approach, especially considering the amount of time my vehicle is kept in the workshop.
While I understand that repairs can take time, a simple update on whether the car can be repaired or not would have gone a long way in easing my concerns. Unfortunately, this lack of communication has made me hesitant to recommend this service to others and I will not use their services again. This experience has been a waste of time and money, as I also purchased one of their service plan contract.

Your response is not satisfactory and lacks authenticity, as I have sent an email previously regarding this concern, which has not been responded till this day. My vehicle is still at your workshop. This is a clear indication that there has not been any investigation on this case. Once again, I am extremely disappointed at the poor service received from 800motorGuru Auto Repair Services.
I sent my car there for repair, they called me today saying it’s fixed, after payment when I left the place I realize my horn isn’t working which was never an issue. When I head back I find out my seats are messed up, my handle isn’t working they spoiled my car paint, my ac is heating which was the problem I gave my car for, which wasn’t fixed and things I never had problems with became an issue. Terrible garage, no accountability, no care for customers. Avoid going here for your own safety!

From the moment he arrived, he was very professional—he checked my car battery right away and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. Pathetic service. Terrible team. Highly incompetent service team. I sent my car for inspection and this is the condition it's been returned after the inspection. To top it all 4 bolts are missing, 2 clips are missing.! Definitely filing complaint with Consumer rights team.
Professional and excellent services, They changed car battery, changing engine oil with filter, topup all car oil and water, change air filter, change A/C filter, reset the system and Washing the car. All these services was provided in my house. Thank you very much.

overpriced, unreliable products, and poor after-sales service.
I paid nearly three times the market price (AED 677 for a battery that typically costs around AED 220), only to receive defective products. I gave them four chances over the span of a year and a half, and each time the battery failed within 2 to 4 months — despite their repeated assurances that it would last. I even tried different brands through them, but the same issue kept happening.
What’s worse is their warranty policy — it’s extremely restrictive. If you so much as touch the battery, they claim the warranty is void.
To top it all off, their customer service is very inconsistent. If you’re buying a new battery, they show up quickly — sometimes within minutes. But when you need a replacement under warranty, it's a completely different story. The last time, it took them over 3 hours to show up.
Save yourself the money and the headache, look elsewhere for better pricing, reliability, and support.

but i did big mistake to accept that contract, everything is tottaly wrong..
as per customer service, 4 major and 6 minor is totally free in every 10,000km and but everything is wrong...sparts price is tooooo high, and given the vehicle for minor services, that service also unsatisfied small small scratches happenend...now im thinking how to cancel that contract, only i got free battery service...thats good...rest all unsatisfied for me.....
The whole experience was quite professional. The product, pricing, speed and quality of delivery was flawless. Yahya, the technician who came to replace the battery was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Full marks to him for the service he provided. I'm taking away one star for pushy salesmanship. Once you call them, they will try their best to sell you something or the other. The gentleman on the phone has promised the battery will last 3 years. Will update after 12 months...
