5 star for selling services and taking money. 0 star for providing follow up services on the product they sell. They charge high rates and use third party vendors to provide services. When I reached out to shweta she said she would get back to my wife but didn't bother. Did not expect such poor service

Their annual contracts work out very cost effectively compared to scheduling individual services.

I had so many companies coming and going pretending to have fixed to do my house’s AC but the reality was that it was hit and miss. Only when I learned about Promax care that my problems were properly resolved. I mention specifically the staff in the office and Sheer and Mohsin who did most of the work on the ground. My recent interaction with ProMax left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning their professionalism. Initially, I was intrigued by their offer of a "free demo," but that enthusiasm quickly dissipated when the conversation took an uncomfortable turn.

During the call, everything seemed to be progressing smoothly until the representative abruptly asked, "Will you and Sir be there at home?" I was taken aback by this assumption and questioned, "What do you mean, sir will be there?" The response was even more concerning: "Oh, I mean your husband."

This blatant attempt to determine the gender and marital status of the decision-maker in my household was not only intrusive but also incredibly outdated. Why should my relationship status or the presence of a male partner dictate my eligibility to evaluate their services? It's disheartening to encounter such narrow-mindedness, especially from a supposedly professional entity.

ProMax, it's imperative that you review the interactions your associates have with potential customers. This incident highlights a glaring lack of inclusivity and professionalism within your organization. In a diverse and progressive society like the UAE, such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality enshrined in the law.

I urge ProMax to reevaluate its training programs and instill a culture of respect and inclusivity among its staff. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and without prejudice, regardless of their gender or marital status.

One of the worse cleaning services ever. Not professional, not clean and not honest… their work is not even worth one aed. If they pay me or offer me a free service i will not take it.

Superb service!! Punctual, organized, clean, helpful, patient, professional, effective, kind, trustworthy, respectful. I've used this company few times now and I'll keep calling them.

Terrible service. Doesn't bill you for the services provided but does take the money. Thereafter states that it was a "complimentary service" therefore they aren't responsible. Obviously the workmen took the extra money that was paid for and kept it to themselves. Poor workmanship which resulted in a pipe bursting and the entire house getting flooded. Will not recommend to anyone.
