Abul, the tailor, made wonderful recommendations to alter a new shirt we bought for a mom with a nursing baby. He extended the cut to the blouse and added natural snaps maintaining the original look of the blouse. He then made the alterations in a few hours with same day completion. We are very happy.

I brought my watch for them to change the battery and after a day using it, water went inside my watch. I go back after 6 days, and they fixed it again. I have yet to send another review if the watch will no longer have water inside. They also lost or misplaced my rubber watch band, after they repaired my watch. I told the guy who took the watch from me that my watch band was not there, he willingly took it back to the repairman. But when he came back, my watch comes back with a leather band which was not mine, because I know my watch. I told the guy in the counter that it was mine, because then who will put it on my watch, I argued with him because I know my watch and he made it like I'm making a story and a fuss about it. I even told him why were you giving me a leather watch band when I was using my watch in the water, and this leather watch band will be broken easily, that is why my watch has a rubber band, same as my watch.

Update: after they fixed it for the second time, the water still went inside my watch and now it totally stopped working.

I came in to repair my back cover for IPHONE wherein the technician damaged my screen and in return they said they will give the original screen.. and I got the copy of the displayer wherein the sensor is not working and also when asked to even apply my screen guard they refused… and since it was not my mistake for the display or the screen they refused and over all now my iPhone is lagging.. and very unprofessional with the service.

Minutes deira city center i was there to scan one paper there is one lady she scan it for me but small and not clear when i ask here to scan it more clear she charge me more 2 times, i told here why i will pay you 2 times she said that i scan it 2 times, its not my faults that i didnt like your first service plz its not about money but at least be profesionel the custmer not stupied

Service was extremely unprofessional, asking for laminated copy and to be laminated. The document was not straight, the cut were not done properly - was was supposed to take a few minutes took over 20 minutes, which caused a great deal of impatience. The staff were unreliable as they kept saying “only 1 minute sir” dragging it for over 20 minutes- had a specific time said I could of done this task at a later day or done something in the mall and came back. This cause a great deal of frustration and would never use the service again due to all of this being unprofessional, lack of honesty and care.

Wanted to repair a sandal with putting some glue to the bottom. The rude, blunt reply was “no we can’t do that, because this is glued once before” while other shoe repairers can don it. If you can’t repair the shoes, because of your incompetence, just remove it from the services you offer or else replace that unhelpful lady in the front. Useless!!
