Although my AppleCare coverage was valid and appointment setup a week before I did not receive service because they do not stock SPAREPARTS. What is the appointment and advance diagnosis information done for ?? So same day repair is just an eye wash .
Avoid this service provider. They charge everything minor thing , even for a 3 minutes job they would tell you to pay AED300 and claiming it's company policy. And the attitude of one staff is very arrogant. AVOID!
For my IPhone 14Pro Max I have visited this place for continuously 4 days for service as decise was being heat up during charge. Initial 3 days they said phone is perfectly fine and 4th day I was informed that there is charge of 2250 for service. I agreed saying first check the problem and they took my phone and asked to come next day Next day they informed that warranty is void as they are not able to open the screw as it’s rusty. My phone was always in phone cover and never opened anywhere. They are not ready to talk and charged me 105 AED for their try to open the screw.
My phone stopped working overnight without any incident and I went to their service centre. They told me to replace the entire rear system for 1800 or buy same phone at 2600 and said there is no option left. Fortunately I asked them whether can I exchange this device with a new phone ;for that they told me check with Apple Store in Dubai mall. I went to Dubai mall and explained about the phone issues to one of the technician. He just done a hard restart and phone started working again!! I was too surprised and I asked him why ABM care told me to replace the entire system where it’s can be solved with a hard restart! He said good that I didn’t paid money and came to Dubai mall. Better to avoid this service center and go directly to Dubai mall or mall of emirates of all Apple related issues. ABM care is simply wanted to steal your money, very unprofessional
