Horrible experience. This place is only suitable for tire change, puncture repair and oil change. Don’t let your expensive Cars get serviced here, they will mess with things they don’t know and later you will hear ‘we tried ‘.

I was servicing my car at Ras Al Khor & Al Quoz since last two years. But, this time I had my oil changed at Platinum and the price was 25% cheaper than what I used to pay. Before visiting, make sure you have an appointment for your works because they are overloaded and closes at 7:00 PM.

Staff is not trained enough, while opening bumper paint got Ripped off.

I gave my land rover for radiator and axle job, provided all the details about issue and in return what I got was daily excuses on work, spare parts were charged but nothing seems changed by performance and cherry on top they broke rear high stop light panel. This is what happened up to car, now in estimation it started with 2k then 4K and then finally got AED 11.5k bill and later when requested they said it was mistake, final bill was 8k and when asked about additional parts charged, the answer was we changed. Now coming to billing: I have payment receipt of bill but no invoice. Is it even legal ?

Also the person who was dealing for 8 days till mid of the day, suddenly went for 40 days vacation. 😂😂😂

It’s a complete trap and in the end all I wanted to get away from these guys.

Over priced spare parts and they will try to cheat. My car have only 3 spark plugs but they quoted 4

When i come to make my car for pain , simply no one is replying and then telling me sorry the painter is not here and come after 10 days
I wasted my time and driving more than 60 KM to come to such bad place

Very bad service, i am calling them since 1 day they don't pickup phone, not answering WhatsApp, one guy answer and immediately hang off the call .

You'll come across many service station (garage) in every area you visit and each center provides you with services which you look forward to being accomplished when rendering your vehicle to the place, however if you stick to one place that you feel comfortable, realizable and trust them to do what you expect then that's great otherwise you need to move on and try somewhere else till you get satisfaction for what you want. This place experience is something you can relate to for your oil change, care service, tire change, dents and paint service as the old staff are accommodating and you can start with a person called "Mohsin" whom will give you that extra care with responsibility on his shoulders. They are situated in Dubai Investment Park-2 (Roshan Investment Warehouse) and all the staff are homely and caring guys, as for their charges they are reasonable and realiable in handling of your vehicle.
