I did my oil change service in 21-Aug - tempted with the price but was a big mistake. I had to repair my car again coz they half fill the oil and my oil pump was damaged. its cost me 5000 aed. Never go here !!!!!!!!! I wonder all above are fake review review.

I recently visited Arrowhead Auto Repairing Services for an oil change and filter replacement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. My Biggest mistake ever !!!!!
Took my car in for an aircon evaporator issue. I hope that this is now fixed since i don't believe any advices from this garage. I now have an electrical fault which flashes on my dash. The garage spent over 5 days trying to solve the dash problem which resulted in me pulling the car out and taking it somewhere else.
Furthermore on arriving home i noticed my right hand side mirror is broken and my bonnet strut bar is also broken. Please be very careful when using a garage that act like they know what they are doing. My car is a 2008 model and yes i know it is old but i took it for every service / maintenance to Al Naboodha up to now and never encountered such problems. This is a issue that i should have avoided by paying a little extra going to the main dealer. Anyway i have learnt my lesson.

They just want to replace the things without any experience in maintenance those things which makes the customer loosing money for nothing. Please do not deal with these people.

Worst garage ever..do not attempt to bring your car for service, bad experience, exactly opposite as what hd been advertised ..do not be trapped as they will immediately drive the car into the bay area and soon you are into the hook .as a suggest also, having a service crew who urgently attends personally, please observe proper hygiene boss .Rexona does not cost much and would last days, not being rude though..they are not well coordinated as they say to you what has been offered on marketing was not totally discussed with the garage? What??playing Safe???
