Bought Pirelli P zero PZ4 from Pitstop Arabia and they reached my house with bubbles in 2 out of the 4 tyres purchased. I’m very disappointed that they didn’t honor the warranty nor replace the tyres. Will not buy from them for sure again!

EDIT: The manager contacted me to get the inside/out tire corrected. They won't provide with a new tyre and they won't acknowledge the rims or the big scratch made to the car by their partner, who offered a very small sum of money to fix it or call and wait police to get a report done, so my insurance would cover the cost.
If you want to avoid headache, a scratched car and a bad experience, don't handle with them or their partners.

I paid for premium tyres. I went to the partner workshop they recommended me only to get a scratched car, rims and notice after that they misplaced one of the tyres in the wrong direction where clearly the “INSIDE” mark is placed outside!!
Pitstop arabia are not answering, not trying to find a solution and I’ve been driving in a very dangerous way!!
This company should be closed for negligence and endangering their customers!!

I purchased tires from them last August, and while the customer service before the purchase was excellent, my experience after the purchase was disappointing. When I encountered an issue, calls were either disconnected, transferred endlessly, or handled by agents who were unhelpful. If you select Arabic as your preferred language, an English-speaking agent often answers instead, and Arabic support is frequently unavailable.

One customer service agent even mentioned that phone support is separate from email support and insisted I send an email. Unfortunately, that process felt like dealing with “invisible” people—if you mention a complaint instead of a purchase, they seem to avoid helping at all costs.

Their prices are competitive, and the service before fitting was good, but the after-sales support is truly horrible.

Never trying pitstop again, utter disappointment.

Placed order for Good Year Super Eagle F1 tires and first disappointment was the delivery confirmation text message with incorrect closing time of the service provider, I followed details as per text message and drove for 30 minites only to find out the closing time given by Pitstop team is wrong.

The real shocker was the tires, visited selected service provider after holidays and I was shocked by the condition of those so called brand new tires, they appeared used, had multiple calls with pitstop team to raise my concerns and team maintained their stance, tires delivered are new, not old, completely ignored the pictures shared on whatsapp, after wasting couple of hours, I left the shop and told pitstop team this is unacceptable and they should compensate me for this, called up to followup on complaint but it was utter disappointment, I had opted for Michelin PS5 tires as alternative and team quoted price AED 200-250 even higher than the Michelin official dealer TyrePlus.

In a nutshell, team didnt offer anything to compensate as such and eventually I opted for refund which got released to my card after 7 days.

Not impressed with customer service in moment of need. Tyres changed few months ago nearly exploded, no replies to my calls or emails. Have to buy new one urgently and have no support from the supplier who provided me with this Tyre.

Pretty good prices and swift installation plans. However, they should be careful in onboarding vendors for installation and customers should always read the reviews for their vendors on Google before booking. I selected toretto services for tyre installation. They made me visit twice and wasted 2 of my working days but still weren't able to install the tires. I complained to Pitstop Arabia and they arranged an at home service for installation for free. Ms Lyra was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends.
