I always love autopro services in general. Romeo and Marlon was doing such an amazing job in replacing my car brake pads and discs. It takes less than 24 hours for my parts to arrive and it takes approximately 1 hour to fix. Amazing work guys and thank you 🫶🏻

The workers are in a hurry and doesn’t take a second look at the car after cleaning.
I had to show them multiple places which were not clean. They seems to be just waiting for the tip.
I had two bad experiences now.

This shop in academic city never fails to impressed me every time I bring our car for service. They are thorough with the inspection and only recommend what is necessary. They even offer free assessment and cleaning of the engine which made me really appreciate the team there especially Romeo and his team.

Went for an oil change with my friend and had our own additives for engine flush. As per the instructions on the additives, the additives are effective upto 6 litres of oil. I had 2 bottles. The engine oil capacity is 14 litres. When i asked him whether i could put 2 bottles which is required, the service attendant Dandelo was extremely rude and said only one bottle is required. He had an issue seeking corrections and seemed more knowledgeable than manufacturers. He clearly had an attitude issue seeing my skin color... he was also singing loudly and randomly some kabayan songs, which was such a nuisance to customers. This guy is an embarrassment to autopro. Won't be coming here again as long as this clown is out from this shop.

Worst car wash
Their vacuuming people are very unprofessional and when i spoke to the manager he said it is not our fault go for car polish while the spots were very minor
