Excellent AC Service by Toolboys! I had been facing several issues in my apartment that no one could seem to diagnose properly. When I called Toolboys, they quickly identified the root of the problem and resolved it efficiently. Their professionalism and empathetic approach really stood out. I’ll definitely be calling Toolboys for all my future AC work!

Had some renovations in our house done in 2024 by ToolBoys and they did an ok job (although a lot of supervision and pushing from our side was necessary). Unfortunately their after service, when things start to break down (still within the 1 year warranty as per contract) they are nowhere to be seen despite contacting them every few days to follow up. I guess I shouldn't be surprised but this is worth considering when you are looking to hire a fit out company.

I've had a fantastic experience with Toolboys. They're always on time. The team is professional, efficient, and their attention to detail really show in their work. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and timely maintenance services.

Not great customer service at all. They came , did the inspection , charged 150aed for the inspection then they just disappeared. I have followed up requesting for the quote and they completely ignore me, has been almost 2 weeks. If you change for the inspection, you should at least provide a quote.

The worst service in the world, the guys were suppose to repair the door but instead they made it worse. The supervisor (Tariq) was very disrespectful and was shouting. They did a very poor job and when we told them that this is not a good job the supervisor got angry and he made the job worse and ruined the door even more than before. Stay away from this company it’s my best advice for you.

They will charge you 2500 dirhams for a pump that costs 630 dirhams and a pressure kit that costs 79 dirhams to bring the unit and install it. Buy your own unit and get someone to install it. And to do the quote they charge you for standing above the pump for 2 minutes 150 dirhams for inspection. Avoid at all costs.

Toolboys Maintenance did a fantastic job at my home! They were professional and punctual. I appreciated how friendly and efficient the team was — definitely my go-to for any future maintenance work. Highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They are only interested in taking your deposit, and once they get the money, they stop providing proper service. The staff is unprofessional and poorly trained. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Very disappointed and frustrated with their horrible service!

We needed an electrical outlet installed just below our living room ceiling, and the entire experience with the team was fantastic. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and I appreciated getting a text from the electrician ahead of time—it made everything feel organized and professional. What really impressed us was how respectful and thoughtful he was throughout the visit. He was incredibly friendly (even with our dog, which was a big plus!), wore shoe covers indoors, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job—vacuuming and wiping down all surfaces. The access holes he had to make in our plaster wall were patched up so neatly, you can barely tell any work was done. Toolboys job was completed quickly, cleanly, and to our full satisfaction.
