Gave my portable speaker for repair. Upon my call to check the status of the repair he says I don't have the screwdriver to replace the worn out part, please get me a screwdriver I can fix it!!! I get him the screwdriver he denied to give me a discount on the repair price. Would I recommend this shop to others..NO!!!
I tried calling this shop to double check if their location was in souq extra and if they had a certain item, but the person who picked up didn't speak English, instead he spoke to me in Hindi and Arabic. I don't speak Arabic or Hindi so it was extremely hard to comunicate, and they should hire someone who actually speaks English to answer calls. Over all my experience was bad and I don't know if I can trust this shop enouh to buy electronics from it.👎
